We were in line, 2 parties in front of us, one party waiting for their food. Apparently shift change occurred and one guy left, mid order. The other guy was as slow as molasses. I left the line and went to D'angelos, ordered received my hot sub and the 2 parties in front of me at Fresh City still hadn't been waited on. I should have taken photos of the person and the food served. Entitlement of food service workers at its best.I ordered a bowl without any meat. The person making the bowl accidentally added it. No big deal mistakes happen. Then she proceeded to remove the chicken instead of making a new bowl. I saw that and checked my bowl only to find chicken in it. Terrible service. Line was held up for ten minutes because cashier couldn’t figure out how to make exact change. They also were severely understaffed and had a slow food prep system. Eat anywhere else at this rest stop.
