We hired Seth Mias Catering for our October Wedding. Seth was fun to work with and overall the food was great but a few details are worth mentioning. 1.We had ordered Fried Risotto Balls with Mozzarella for one of our appetizers but we ended up getting some kind of buffalo chicken ball with blue cheese dip which was not an item even listed on his menu. We inquired about it and was told they'd look into it? 2.We had many guests say that during social hour the staff would walk right by them with the tray of appetizers and not ask them if they wanted any. 3. We had gone to one of Seth's initial tastings and liked the chicken francaise. We selected it as one of the dinner options but asked if the lemon butter sauce (francaise) could be a little thicker. Seth said no problem, but when guests received their meals it was more of a thick garlic sauce; not a thicker version of what we had at the tasting. Again we inquired about it and was told that's how we make it. Luckily most guests still thought it was good but not your traditional chicken francaise dish.

We used Seth Mias catering for our wedding back in June and were so happy with how everything turned out. The food and service were fantastic! All of the guests loved the food, especially the braised short rib! We loved doing the ice cream bar for dessert and there was no shortage of topping selection. They were very easy to work with and made our special day that much better with such good food. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing! We used Seth to cater my daughter’s wedding this past Friday at Quonquot. The hors d’oerves were delightful and plentiful. The dinner was great. Everyone raved about the food and no one went hungry, as a matter of fact we were all stuffed. And there is nothing better than when a kid who grew up in Leeds can have a kid who grew up in Leeds cater her daughter’s wedding. Thank you!!

Seth was good about making sure there was enough food for everyone, and his staff were quick and professional and helped out on site. Unfortunately we don't have any pictures, food was so good it didn't last long. Most memorable was the oyster po-boy passed app and the short rib.

His whole staff was so friendly, they made sure we were taken care of all night including packing up some leftover food and cake for us to take home and enjoy. And the food was so delicious! Seth and team catered our wedding reception and to say we were pleased would be a gross understatement! The entire process was seamless. Seth was an excellent communicator and walked us through the decision making process. We decided to go with the deluxe buffet option and boy was it a hit. Each dish we tried was absolutely delicious. I have never seen a catered buffet with such generous portions. The stuffed chicken breast and short ribs were massive and would rival any full-size entree you could get in a restaurant. In addition to the incredible entrees, the sides were also quite delicious. A special shout out for the roasted red pepper tomato soup. It was amazing! Seth, thank you and your team for making our special day even more magical by providing such a wonderful experience for our guests. We will definitely use you for all of our future catering needs!

Seth was very easy to work with, and there are so many menu options you’ll definitely find something for your event. The catering staff were always so very attentive and personable, and checked in just enough to be sure we had everything we needed. And we can’t say enough about the food!!! Everything was amazing, well prepared, and got rave reviews from our guests. Highlights included the roasted red pepper tomato bisque, a sesame chicken appetizer, the sage and cranberry stuffed chicken, the short ribs, and the cream puffs. I could eat the butternut squash ravioli all day long. Honestly though, I tried everything and the entire menu was outstanding. You won’t go wrong with whatever you choose!
