What a waste of my time visiting this restaurant. After being seated and ignored for about ten minutes, we decided to leave, and only then did someone on the wait staff acknowledge our presence there. I have no way of knowing if the food is any good, and will never know as I will never bet returning to this place.

We just had the worst dining experience ever in our lives. I’m 70 years old so that’s a lot of opportunities to go wrong. But nothing can top the absolute rudest As we assume to be the manager on duty at 5:00 pm 10/14/2025. The sever seated us and said our special today is Spaghetti and Meatballs for$8.99, and some other Italian Dish, but we zeroed in on the Spaghetti. Ok we will get that. As we are seated at a booth in the bar area. The assumed manager was very loud actually over bearing loud. We could hear every word out of his mouth. Come to find out we are hearing along with everyone else the server made a mistake and got the special wrong by a day. We could hear her explaining to him she made a mistake. He replied just tell them they have to pay full price the full price with tax was $51.34 plus tip for 2 Spaghetti & meatballs plates, no salad and a tiny piece of garlic bread. The Server was only working there 1 week and she just made a mistake. The Manager couldn’t care less and made sure the whole restaurant heard him. The server was pleading for help and he just refused. “ Tell Them They Have To Pay Full Price. It’s Tomorrow’s Special. I Don’t Know How You Can Fix This But They Are Paying Full Price.” We felt so bad for this server but we were unsure what to do. The server eventually comes to the table embarrassed and explains everything. We told her we could heard every word. I also told her to find a better company to work for. She only billed us for what she promised $8.99 per meal with tax. The bill came to $21.36 and she was going to pay the difference out of her pocket because it was her mistake. So we paid that plus a $10.00 tip. This assumed manager needs to be called in for abuse & harassment, to a coworker. On my way out the door I said to his face “ We will never be back because of you.” Like him I matched his attitude making sure everyone heard me. I did this to attempt to embarrass him. Absolutely The Worst Experience We Have Ever Had In A Business Of Any Kind. He should have discussed this in a private area of the business. But no he had to show off how unprofessional he is.

We shared a meat calzone and our guest had the quesadilla. The food and service was very good but was very pricey, which kept me from giving a 5-star rating. Lunch for 3 was $80 (no alcohol) which I thought was excessive. We probably won't be back.

Was actually very good meatball pizza --wood firing was great but was a 40 minute wait from time we sat down-the we were rushed as we had to leave -spoiled the dining experience good food lousy wait times
I'm from Tucson and Arizona Pizza is better than any Arizona Pizza at home!

Great place with great food. The Pesto Chicken Stromboli is amazing, the Broccoli White is a great simple choice, and the French Onion Burger special is out of this world. Ask for Coco, she’s the best server in the Berkshires!

Quick to seat, but service was slow despite the place being nearly empty. Took 10 minutes to be asked for drinks and another 10 to get them. Mozzarella rounds were undercooked, and my ranch never came until I asked again, 25 minutes after we got our food. It tasted like cheap mayo, not ranch.
Flatbread and pizza both looked great but were bland with dry, flavorless crusts. $9.50 for a pint of Sam Adams is ridiculous. We left most of the $80 meal behind as it wasn’t even worth taking home.
Restaurant smells like wood-fired oven at first, but the dining room reeks of musty mop water. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

Food was mediocre at best, service was slow and poor, and everything is vastly overpriced. Overall a terrible experience and will never come back.

Arizona Pizza Grill & Bar – A Hidden Gem!
Arizona Pizza Grill & Bar absolutely blew me away. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, beautifully designed atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The vibe is cozy yet stylish—perfect for a casual dinner or a fun night out.
The service? Impeccable. Patrick was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home without being overbearing. You can tell they care about their customers.
Now, the food—wow. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. From the crispy, cheesy pizzas to the perfectly grilled entrées, every bite was a reminder of why this place stands out.
If you’re looking for an amazing spot with great food, beautiful ambiance, and outstanding service, Arizona Pizza Grill & Bar is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

When I come into a restaurant I do not want to hear gossiping or talking about another server whY she sits and does her side work when she has a back problem and proceeds to run her mouth to other people and have a problem with it no one owes no one an explanation and it’s rude but I would like something done that’s not right.
I always order for pickup. Jennifer H has always been kind and friendly, making sure my orders are perfect. She makes coming in and grabbing food easy :)
Great food great service.
