The pizza is pretty good. The bartender named Matty rather than doing his job, thinks he is there to entertain the regulars. After once again waiting for a beer, while he is busy talking with the regulars. I asked him, if he was still working. He took offense, and said something offensive to me. I told him never mind, I will just have a water. My friend heard this and asked for the check. The bartender said "are you also paying for this a××hole too ? This boy is a wanna be entertainer masquerading as a bartender. Couple of the regulars earlier were making excuses for him, because he gives them a "strong" pour for their mix drinks. Which is costing the owner money. Some of the other regulars said they understood where I was coming from. They said, they have been dealing with such incompetence for years. They continue to go there because of their friends and proximity. I rarely write a review, but never felt more compelled to give this little boy his due. Be well everyone !
It had been a while since we had been here and forgot why. So we ordered one pasta dish and a 3 topping pizza for takeout. Spent 60.00. Food is average. And don’t forget about the 3 dollar charge for take out, bc why not charge for not eating there. Wont be back 30.00 for a mediocre pizza in Berkshire county is ridiculous. The ratings here don’t surprise me, the fact that they are still open does. Don’t waste your money.
Was the owner h!gh when those prices were decided on? Since the Lanesboro location closed down they figured they could jack up the prices for the lenox folk. It's actually hilarious that the $10 mozz balls are now $16 ? Premium prices for frozen food and south county loves it.

One of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. Pizza was delivered ice cold. And they really skimp on the toppings. For the prices they're charging. It's just not worth it.

Good evening my friends. I'm on the road again. This week I am in the great and glorious Berkshire County Massachusetts. I came across the Arizona Pizza Co on Pittsfield Lenox Rd. The exterior was well lit and inviting which is what caught my attention in the first place as that area is mostly dark and bland. So great job to them for making themselves noticeable. At first glance, the menu seemed basic, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, etc, but then my eye caught the Meat Lovers Baked Ziti. For those that follow me, you know I'm a carnivore so BAM!, decision made pretty quick on my part. It became quickly apparent that they were short staffed, but everyone I dealt with on the staff was friendly, and on it. If it wasn't for overheard conversations you wouldn't even know they were down a few people. So props to those battling through it. We all know how bad things can get when there's not enough help. I was a little discouraged at first with the pricing. For me, I don't usually turn to higher priced pasta dishes, but let me tell ya, when they placed this crock before me, I said WOW. Even for a chow hound like myself, there was enough for 2. By the time I was two bites in, I was hooked. If someone tried to share this with me, I would have put a fork through there hand. So good and well worth the price. Hopefully I get the chance to go back because they had a French Onion Burger on the list which is making me hunger just a bit thinking about it.

They were kind and courteous. They have huge portions so consider sharing when ordering. Nice bar menu as well.

We order takeout online here often. Our food is never ready on time, and often not correct. Tonight we had to wait for an entire pizza the cook forgot to make, while our pasta dish got cold while it sat under our salad below the heat lamp while we waited an additional 20 minutes for the pizza that was forgotten. Ridiculous!!

Friendly service and good size portions. The grilled chicken wrap is excellent. The chefs are really good and care about the presentation as well. The pizza is good I was happy with my meat lovers. They definitely don't skimp on the toppings. I'd eat here again the next time I'm in pittsfield. The interior is decorated really nice. The prices are competitive with other restaurants in inflation.

Food and service were both good. The only complaint would be it's a little pricey for what it is. I understand food costs are at an all time high, which I usually don't mind that but we were charged over $6 for one cup of apple juice for a child..

Took hubby for dinner. Great deal on Wednesday nights!! $23 each for entrée, including garlic toast and salad; add $7 for a margarita and it's a really great bargain!!

Waitress is a sweetheart. Food was your basic frozen tender and wood fired pizza but for Christ sake theirs ZERO reason for the prices to be this much. 6$ for a Pepsi and 10$ for a 16oz draft of blue moon. Absolutely outrageous and greedy. This isn’t an upscale establishment, this is on the same level as chilis. Drop your prices before you loose more customers.
