I bought a cheeseburger from here and was hard as a rock probably made days ago and it had dirt on it board of health needs to shut this place down !!!
Staff there need to practice taking the food, putting it in a bag right-side up, and saving the attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but gimme a break, I know its fast food.....but the people you hire need to be held to some sort of standard.
Also, cool it with the gargantuan amount of mayo on everything
Drive thru need people less rude

My wife and I stopped at the Burger King in Lenox on 12/27/24 to have lunch. We were very pleased the service we received from the the young man that took our order (I forgot his name...maybe Malachi) and Richard (the MGR), who gave us our order. In the last few years we have sadly grown not expect this kind of sevice. GREAT JOB, guys!!
Staff was rude and unfriendly and the breakfast sandwich made me violently ill. Never will eat here again.

I recently visited Burger King and had a terrible experience. The burgers I was served were not fully cooked (I have photos to prove it). When I brought them back to the counter, I expected an apology and a fresh order, but instead, the manager suggested I just put them in the microwave! This is completely unacceptable and unsafe.
As a customer, I should not have to finish cooking my meal at home, especially when I paid for a ready-to-eat product. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of concern for food safety. I won’t be returning.

Stood in the line inside the store for 8 minutes and had numerous people look over at me and never come to help. Went outside and got service immediately

Love this place but this, “manager?” Not classy at ALL!!! A very rude and disgusting person in this atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and then you have this man who i witnessed with my own eyes, make food without gloves on and who was VERY disrespectful. He serves cold food and talks badly to the staff who are wonderful. Get rid of this man, he is NOT demure.

New management needs to take place.
Took my auto wrong gave me a hard time giving me back the money. All of the staff were rude and mad at the clients finally made my order. Got my order wrong. Got treated very poor when I came back with my food. I asked for my money back cause they began to curse. Soda was watered down. So many things are wrong with this place.What's going on.
