Great food and the cafe itself is quite nice. I gave 4 stars for service due to it seemed like the wait staff didn't really care for take out orders and seemed to rather care more about talking amongst themselves then making sure we where taken care of and had a slight attitude while taking the

As new customers to this breakfast spot, we were displeased at the very beginning to see that the establishments decor is equivalent to a motel breakfast hall. Boring walls, tables, everything about it was bland. We typically only ever go to one breakfast place because the price is fair, the food is great, consistent, and the service is even better. Here the price is not fair, we ordered a panini, (the bread was barely toasted, one of the ingredients was missing, and the size of it was a slap in the face for a 16$ price point)The service - we never had to endure because I would never sit down at this place to have an over priced, undercooked, sandwich that wasn't even made correctly. While waiting for our food one of the servers who handled people's coffee and food, sounded like she a bad cough. Scratch this place off your list if you've never been and save your self the disappointment.

Great breakfast. My wife and I had very good omelettes. They were amenable in swapping out the home fries for either fresh greens, or a generous serving of fresh fruit. Would return.

Great choices. Lobster rolls ✅. Greek Salad w crusty bread ✅. Good selection in the menu from breakfast to salads to Greek specials. Outdoor seating too. Nice way to start the long weekend.

Great food, great service, reasonable prices. Not at all fancy, does not pretend to be. Great choice for breakfast (served until closing - a big plus in my book) or lunch

Most of the food is excellent but this last visit I ordered corned beef hash and I was sorely disappointed. It didn't look good and didn't taste good. I didn't eat it. I also ordered the blueberry pancakes and was disappointed at how few berries were in them. I'll still go back but won't order either of those.

Food and portion size was good! But we felt very unwelcome and rushed. Probably won't go back.

We are long-time Berkshire residents and thought breakfast today would be fun, good, easy and very satisfying. We were beyond wrong. The short-staffed restaurant worked inefficiently, needlessly made people wait for tables, coffee, food, the bill and any attention whatsoever. The pancakes were as good as expected and the only positive thing about Electra today. However, I am a diabetic and asked for sugar-free pancake syrup. The waitress, at first, said they only had the syrup on the table and maple syrup. She then said she would check and returned with an unlabeled cup of syrup. I had no reason to think the cup of syrup she delivered to the table wasn't sugar free. I was obviously terribly mistaken. I wear a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) and within 20 minutes I was getting warnings that my blood sugar level was over 350. It's usually no higher than 150. I am livid and will contact management tomorrow since they did not answer the phone after 2pm today and I could not leave a message. I was misled, lied to and my health was jeopardized. Unacceptable!!!

We visit the Lenox area two or three times a year in different seasons and have eaten breakfast at Electra' Cafe about twenty times and have never been disappointed. When we arrive, we are greeted promptly. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Coffee is replenished regularly. The food is fresh, tasty and served hot, as it should be. Prices are comparable for the area. The hallmark of a good restaurant is that it maintains its quality and this one certainly does.

The food is impressive, both in portion size and in quality. Sitting outside to enjoy a beautiful day as we ate made the tasty meal and excellent service truly memorable.

Had a very nice breakfast here. Reasonably clean and fixtures in good condition. Quiet location off route 7. Some outside dining, which is not as quiet. Service was fine although not notable. Food was good breakfast fare. Nice choice of toast, and a very nice fruit plate which you can also order in half size.

I cannot attest to the quality of the food OR the service one you are seated… what I can comment on is the truly unfriendly nature of the staff this morning. A party of 4 adults entering the small area to be seated - NOT ONE of the staff looked our way much less greeted us - there was no seating readily available - we noted this on our own but we’re completely ignored - walked around and maybe even huffed at. Unanimously decided to just quietly exit, and, as we were exiting, the party behind us was asked how many and that they would be shortly seated … hope their meal was memorable - our experience was not.

I just stopped in for a cup of coffee, but I’m tempted to plan a trip for a full meal next time. It has the vibe of an old school diner and the staff was as friendly as could be!
