Great food! I love the calamari (with Marina. The aioli is good but not for me). The veal Parmigiana is my favorite. Cheesy, crispy edges, and tender. The spaghetti was cooked well with the right amount of sauce. Delicious!

We visited Frankie’s in Lenox for the first time and had a 5pm reservation. A gentleman greeted us and sat us at a cozy table for two. Shortly after, a lovely young woman came by to ask what type of water we preferred — and I ordered still. I’ve only ever been offered this in Italy, and it immediately set a wonderful tone. The water was excellent!
For dinner, we had the chicken parmigiana, which was perfectly cooked, and the spaghetti was absolutely delicious. Everything was prepared beautifully.

The food was AMAZING as always, My only complaint was our server, she never came over to check on us after we got our food...Never came back to see if we wanted dessert..We asked for our check and left with our doggie bags . .

We were very excited to spend our anniversary in the Berkshires and enjoy the great local food .. Frankie’s did not deliver . Our server treated us like an inconvenience… slamming things on .. when asked for something would reply with poor attitude .
Our food was average .. veal parm covered in an over abundance of melted cheese not Parmesan not mozzarella but cheddar and thin as paper. So not authentic Italian as advertised. I have a gluten allergy I asked for gluten free pasta with my clam sauce.. dish came out with just clams no GF pasta … was brought back to the kitchen returned with undercooked GF pasta and cold !
The whole experience was disappointing. Thanks Frankie’s for giving us such a memorable anniversary.

The restaurant was very busy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food in all honesty was disappointing for me and my wife, simply because it wasn't really good. I had the spicy sausage meal. The sausage was overcooked, the pasta was okay as well as the sauce was limited. I wish it was more spicy and had more sauce.

The vegan menu was on point and would come back again for it. Rare to see an Italian vegan menu and we was definitely pleased with the preparation and taste - couldnt tell what kind of cheese was used tbh but overall great. The Zucchini Fritti is definitely something I'd recommend to anyone looking for an alternative app that is different with a crunch.
Mocktail options were available as well which were well priced and overall a great choice.
