Food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing meal and the coffee was awful. Services was excellent if that is any consolation. We personally would not return.

We were very excited to spend our anniversary in the Berkshires and enjoy the great local food .. Frankie’s did not deliver . Our server treated us like an inconvenience… slamming things on .. when asked for something would reply with poor attitude .
Our food was average .. veal parm covered in an over abundance of melted cheese not Parmesan not mozzarella but cheddar and thin as paper. So not authentic Italian as advertised. I have a gluten allergy I asked for gluten free pasta with my clam sauce.. dish came out with just clams no GF pasta … was brought back to the kitchen returned with undercooked GF pasta and cold !
The whole experience was disappointing. Thanks Frankie’s for giving us such a memorable anniversary.

The restaurant was very busy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food in all honesty was disappointing for me and my wife, simply because it wasn't really good. I had the spicy sausage meal. The sausage was overcooked, the pasta was okay as well as the sauce was limited. I wish it was more spicy and had more sauce.

A vegan's delight. They ask you if you want a vegan meal when you check in and the food was absolutely fantastic. Our server was lovely. Don't forget the vegan tiramisu!
Great service and the outdoor dining was perfect. Even on a post rainy day, there was coverage to prevent any rain from interrupting your dinner
The vegan menu was on point and would come back again for it. Rare to see an Italian vegan menu and we was definitely pleased with the preparation and taste - couldnt tell what kind of cheese was used tbh but overall great. The Zucchini Fritti is definitely something I'd recommend to anyone looking for an alternative app that is different with a crunch.
Mocktail options were available as well which were well priced and overall a great choice.

Sitting on the porch was lovely on a nice August evening, but the food was just mediocre. Not the best eggplant parm I've ever had, but certainly the most expensive.
