Great service on a busy Friday night! Burgers were excellent!!

Friendly service and good food

On relatively short notice and a holiday weekend, staff organized a breakfast buffet for 25 of us outside. Food and service were outstanding! Priced extremely reasonably; I expected to pay more. And then they even provided take home containers for our guests! Loved this family owned and operated place!

If you are looking for a casual meal in a fun pub filled with locals, this is the place to be!! The staff is so amazing, especially Jade, our server, and Tom our bartender! Shout out to Gabe, a good young man who is the best at clean up duty!! We enjoyed the special of the night, Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and Grilled Peaches and Arugula Salad with Chicken--both were yummy! And don't forget to try the Steel Rail beer which is local from Deerfield--very tasty. I had a awesome Hendrick's martini with a splash of St. Elder pink grapefruit liqueur. @NancieBalunLifestyleBlogger

Service is good but food was mediocre. The fries is really not so great, smells of cooking oil and hard as biscuits.

We usually go to Brava but it was closed so we ended up here.
Food was ok but service was very slow and a bit chaotic. Our waiter took our order and then never showed up again. There was an order mix up at the next table and it seemed he was avoiding all of us.

We paid after we hailed another person and left.

Not worth the time.

I am a regular at The Heritage Pub, they have gluten free boneless wings in a generous portion for the price, and they currently have a gluten free special pizza on Thursday at 5, I would really welcome a larger choice of gluten free items like rolls for burgers and maybe dinner rolls for salad. Thank you Heritage for all you do to make my experience better then most places! Kathryn

By far one of the best places to eat in the area! There's a lot of focus on high class cuisine in Lenox, but the price tag of all those restaurants is hardly worth the bland taste they provide. This was not the case of Olde Heritage tavern, whose food was neither bland nor expensive! What a savory hidden gem! Their Fries and burgers were incredibly tasty and their staff was so polite and welcoming! It was our first time eating there, tourists to the area enjoying the art and history, and I will likely go back there every time I return to Lenox! One of the best restaurants in the area!

A lot good to say about this place - service, people, atmosphere, sports. The food, I'm afraid, was...OK. If food is less the priority, this is a good place to go. If good food is a priority - then I would pass. Wish I could say better, cause I liked the place but the truth is the truth.

Used to come here all the time when I was little and it was great but I went there the other night and got a burger and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning I’ve been in so much stomach pain for the past 24 hours. Wouldn’t recommend. Place is also crowded and loud so if you’re looking for something quiet, I wouldn’t recommend coming here
