Delicious soup and sandwiches… Cozy atmosphere. Sensitive to gluten friendly needs. Had a wonderful lunch here with my Bestie..

We stopped in for breakfast this morning and thought that On a Roll Cafe was great! The restaurant is conveniently located with lots of parking and the food, people, and atmosphere was all wonderful! My dad really enjoyed the homemade hash and homemade sausages and I was a fan of the pancakes (the lemon ricotta ones are awesome). You can tell they put a lot of care into the business and everyone we met was super friendly.

Avoid, rude people, rude owner! Low end deli type of premade food 🤢🤮

I was sitting at a table, waiting for our food to arrive, when my partner went to the restroom. I decided to use my phone in the meantime. A man, whom I assume was either the owner or a manager, approached me and told me to get off my phone. While I understand that the volume might have been a bit loud, the way he addressed me was unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone with years of experience in customer service, I know this is not the proper way to interact with customers. This was my first visit to the establishment, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

On a positive note, the service from our server was excellent. She was kind, polite, and attentive. However, I do worry about the potential consequences for staff if they don't meet the owner's or manager's standards.

********The response given to this is defensive and inconsiderate, just as my experience in the establishment. And goes to show what he thinks of customer service. *********

Went several times and the food was consistently good. Was pleasantly surprised to find a side order of fruit to be very generous. Staff are always attentive and friendly and the Glen Miller Era music is endlessly delightful. Outdoor seating when the season allows is very enjoyable.

Stopped here for a late breakfast on our way from Lee to Pittsfield and couldn’t have been more impressed. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and the environment was warm and cozy. Hats off the chef, who also seemed like the owner. Can’t say enough good things.

On a trip from the UK, was staying nearby and was recommended this Cafe - and it didn't dissapoint. Called in one morning for breakfast and ended up calling in again the following day as well.
Friendly service, good food.
Worth a visit if you're in the area.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Berkshires! I like to grab a bite to eat and then hike the trails in Kennedy Park, which is in the back of the property.

On a Roll Cafe is a gem in Lenox. Had a fantastic breakfast that included scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and perfectly grilled tomatoes. My partner had eggs over easy, bacon, homemade toast, grilled tomatoes, and a pancake. Everything was great and homemade toast was a great touch. The coffee was excellent and hit the spot. The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Would recommend.

They have hot lattes on their menu and iced tea on their menu but refuse to make an iced latte.

If you have ice, and all of the ingredients to make a hot latte, then you can make an iced latte. It’s a big turn off. No explanation was provided as to why they won’t make it iced. Just “no.”

Really weird way to sour the experience from the start!

There are good gluten free options here! If you’re looking for gluten free eggs Benedicts come on Saturday or Sunday!
