The restaurant has a mold problem as soon as you walk in you feel like you're in a basement it's too bad they can't remodel the restaurant I believe it is an icon in the Berkshires

Service was terrible , once our food was dumped on the table, they never came back to our table. We both sat there with empty glasses., while our waiter stood in the corner digging in his ears and picking his face , until I pulled out my credit card and put it on the table next to my empty glass, that they would could see

Service: Just horrible. The manager (or owner), took our menus and left while we were trying to order an appetizer. The attitude was very much ‘stay if you want or get out; we don’t care.’ Food: The proteins came first and it was another 10 minutes before the rice and noodle dishes arrived. The food itself was delicious. Atmosphere: Loud banging noises as the waitstaff cleared the plates and dishes close to the bar area.

Wanton soup. The noodles disintegrated just from trying to pick up, broth had oil texture on surface. Every single wanton had less than a half inch squared of meat inside... Some had less than my smallest pinky knuckle. Price for the quality is abysmally disgusting!
Ordered to go. Food was very good. Had multiple different things. Crab rangoon, steamed dumplings, lo mein, fried rice, general Tsos (dark meat), sesame chicken (white meat) lots of flavor. Everything was very good!

They seem to rush you out even though restaurant has plenty of open tables. Also tend to sit people right on top of on another tables are very close they should do every other table.

Not a fan!!! Primary weight staff was pushy, rude. And unsupportive. Second dairy staff was pleasant. The food was average, but very pricey for the product served. With all of that, the atmosphere was less than appealing, as there was so many other negative things to go along with the meal. One entree and a beer $50 plus dollars. I've had much better experiences for much. Les money at mom and pop.Type take out chinese restaurants. One soul's opinion!

Tried to call for over 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Drove there and ordered in person. Boneless spare ribs were beyond overcooked as was the egg roll. Ordered seafood hot and sour soup and got regular hot and sour. We usually love take out from here! Absolutely awful and so disappointing tonight! Called to complain and got no satisfaction!
