I did not enjoy my experience with this place. Although the delivery driver was very nice when I called the store I could not understand a word the lady was saying. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a party size but I received 3 large pizzas. On top of that they automatically added a tip without even asking me...Needless to say I will not be giving any further business here.

When calling to order, you are sent to a call center instead of the local restaurant. Very hard to understand the call center rep. Pizza was .. ok. Not as good as local non-chain pizza houses.

I ordered the xl New York style pizza, as well as the spicy garlic stuffed crust, & Tuscan cheese sticks. It was good but it lacked flavor. The best part of my meal was the jalapeno papa bites but those were so good I didn't get a chance to take a pic.

I never got my order that I placed online. Still got charged for it! Man behind the counter was a huge jerk! To bad cause I used to love getting food from there. Now I will find somewhere else. Stay away if at all possible!

Food was cold, service was egregious because of the guy with the lazy eye and how he talked to a customer that was dissatisfied. Made gross comments about the kid to me and my daughter and showed us very little respect. I witnessed both encounters, and I highly recommend never spending money on the food here. That man should not be an employee, and I truly feel horrible about the customer who was berated by this insensitive worker. The lady who caused the issues was a regular and shown a different level of respect as to me a local, and this kid who works around here. Because of your decision to blame the customer instead of hold yourselves accountable, you lost multiple customers. The fact it wasn’t clean either, so we sat outside says a lot about the health and safety violations going on in that establishment. ???

Did not like when papa John's started using a call center to order a pizza. Talked to the manager in the Lenox,ma store and she told us how to order directly at the store. Been doing that for a while now. Order directly at the store 2 weeks ago. Decided to get papa John's today and the guy told my husband they don't take over the phone direct orders anymore and we'd have to use the call center which is not even in this country. He told the guy the guy the call center never gets the order right and we can't understand them. Still refused to take our order. Unless this policy changes I will not be ordering from papa John's ever again. Very unprofessional

20 mins over due for my pickup order. I wasn't even acknowledged for almost 10 mins. I get it they were super busy, but some basic kindness goes a long way. I was understanding, but step It up.

If you ever visit beautiful Lee, Ma, you really need to make time for dinner at Timothy's. My wife and I went to Boston and western MA on vacation and I was going to eat them out of seafood. When my wife (a vegetarian) wanted Italian one night, I went "huh". But we tried Timothy's and got the best of both worlds. I got my seafood casserole (tender sea scallops, shrimp & cod baked in lemon & white wine topped with homemade seafood stuffing), and my wife had a giant plate of pasta with very tasty sauce. The bread was great, the salads were great, and if you happen to get Kim as a server, your night will be complete with entertainment. Thank you, Timothy's, for helping us have a great vacation!

I used to work at papa John's for years. I've always ordered papa John's too. This is the only one that can't seem to understand light cheese and extra sauce. It's really freaking simple guys.

ordered delivery and it was about 45 minutes after estimated delivery time, no biggie. Driver arrives and I ask to make sure the food is hot. Not only is it not hot but it’s the wrong order. Driver then calls her manager who then calls my phone after I request a refund and starts literally screaming at me saying I’m wasting his time and his ingredients and that “all you people around here think you’re entitled to hot food” is that not the point of delivery?

Food came 20-30 min late. When I called to check the status, an automated message came on saying they are delayed. When I called back and spoke to a person, I was informed, only then, about a flat tire. However, when the driver finally arrived, there was no mention of it? This experience reminded me of why I stopped ordering delivery over 20 years ago. A call/text/email of the delay would've helped lessen the blow.
