Patisserie Lenox Reviews
We ordered a chocolate cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was very pretty but the cake itself was terrible. We all looked at each after taking a bite- so dry it was crumbly. Cool whip was used instead of icing. It cost $50 and was really bad. A house full of teenagers and the cake ended up getting thrown away. I left a message for management and never received a response. We’ve been locals a long time but will never go back. Surprisingly awful tasting cake.

Patisserie Lenox is a delightful gem in Lenox, MA, known for its wide selection of sweet treats, including baked goods, coffee, tea, and sundaes. Visitors can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating, although it can get crowded due to its popularity. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. While some pastries, like the chocolate almond croissant, may not meet expectations, the bakery offers an amazing array of French pastries, sandwiches, and soups, creating a cozy atmosphere that evokes memories of Paris with every bite. Highly recommended items include the Opera Cake, Vanilla Ice Chai Latte, and the traditional French Eclair, which is sweet and moist. The Ricotta Croissant, while tasty, has been noted to be somewhat burned. The charming decor, including Paris portraits, adds to the fun and lovely ambiance. Patisserie Lenox is especially appreciated for breakfast, with excellent coffee and croissants, making it a charming spot worth visiting. The to-go orders are perfectly packaged, and the inviting environment brings a taste of France to Lenox.
