Recently ordered birthday cake for a dear friend's 90th birthday the cakes were absolutely beautiful! And they tasted wonderful too! Thank you!
Will return.
Cute space, good prices. Legit savory treats without being overly sweet. Lots to offer.
Had a cream puff and the cream on top was a bit hard as if it were not that fresh. To call a place a patisserie, the pastries should be fresh. The eclairs were a bit messy looking and again, not very fresh.
Delicious, local restaurant. Recommended especially for those on the go!
Head through the front entrance and walk back to the counter to make your order. After paying, head to a table and wait to hear your name to collect your order. We ordered to-go, so note that dining in may have a different protocol.
The to-go orders were perfectly packaged in a branded little bag, complete with each of our meals boxed in little containers and to-go silverware wrapped in a napkin. I regret not taking a photo and can only blame the delicious meal for distracting me.
I would recommend the Patisserie Lenox (the one in Lenox MA) more for breakfast, as the coffee & croissants are excellent and the nook-like layout cozy. We stopped in for a late lunch which we did enjoy, although the small tables and narrow spaces do not promote a restful lingering lunch. Our repast included Caprese Salad and Spinach + Ricotta Croissant with Soup. For a sweet treat we enjoyed coffee (a great brew!) with Chocolate Mousse Cup + Fruit Tart. The Ricotta Croissant was tasty but somewhat burned (see photo).
Fantastic baked goods. Huge selection and great breakfast sandwich
While visiting Lenox, Massachusetts, I had the opportunity to visit Patisserie Lenox. The bakery offers an amazing array of French pastries, sandwiches, and soups. My dessert was absolutely divine. I ordered a traditional French Eclair. It was sweet, moist, and luscious. It was an adventure for my tastebuds. I highly recommend this wonderful authentic bakery.
Visited another location a few years ago and had a good experienc. I will not return.
Clueless, unenthusiastic counter staff. Slow, even though they weren't busy. Food okay but nothing I couldn't purchase at the grocery store and heat up myself, especially given the $$$$$ price (even for Lenox). Really disappointed.
Stopped in while on an amazing bike ride and ordered a flat white and latte. The flat white was so hot and bitter it was undrinkable—likely due to over-extracted espresso and overheated milk. The latte according to my sister in law was weak and overly milky. On the bright side, the apricot turnovers and cherry pastries were excellent and enjoyed by our group. The patisserie itself is so appealing as you walk in with an amazing assortment of pastries on show.
Hands down the best croissants I’ve ever hadperfectly flaky, buttery and rich in flavor. But the number of flies is unacceptable. Please cover the pastries or address the issue; they deserve better, and so do your customers. It’s hard to enjoy them when a swarm of flies is landing on the display

They have the best macarons.
Woke up craving croissants and knew a trip to Lenox was in order. Noone makes croissants like they do. I treated myself to a croque madame on a croissant, a slice of cake, and a French Press. And took quite a few croissants home. Love the service there, it was nice and calm. Perfect spot for a lovely breakfast.
Yum…bakery/dessert central on Church Street in Lenox. Wide selection of bakery, coffee, tea, sundaes, etc. Indoor and outdoor seating, but this place is very popular and can get crowded.
I LOVE their almond croissants!! Worth every nickle‼️
We ordered a chocolate cake for my daughters birthday. The cake was very pretty but the cake itself was terrible. We all looked at each after taking a bite- so dry it was crumbly. Cool whip was used instead of icing. It cost $50 and was really bad. A house full of teenagers and the cake ended up getting thrown away. I left a message for management and never received a response. We’ve been locals a long time but will never go back. Surprisingly awful tasting cake.
