This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a filet mignon medium and it was way overcooked (you can see how black it is in the picture). It was rough and almost inedible. The flower tasted better than the steak. For $54, I really expect better. At least the fries and mocktails were good. The gnocchi was also alright - good flavor but a bit hard. Service was also quite poor. Our server was not the friendliest. Despite this, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added to the end of our bill, which is preposterous.

Completely over priced... But if you want a good steak I guess they can provide it as long as you're willing to pay quite frankly I can cook one just as well on my grill at home...

Overall food & atmosphere were good. We wanted to sit away from the window/door and asked if we could move. The response that we are fully booked seems a bit abrupt. Sometimes trying to move groups around who have reservations makes for good customer service. At least try to see if possible, that may have made our 5 top feel warm & fuzzy from the start. Our waitress made it up with great service!

Leaving a review for the ravioli: this is one of the best ravioli plates I've ever had, and I'm a picky New Yorker. The portion is a little on the smaller side, so if you're looking to eat a lot would maybe suggest another dish (my partner had the chicken marsala which was a bigger portion), but it is incredibly decadent so it does fill you up. The ravioli is filled with burrata and topped with caramelized peppers, mushrooms, and peas. It was a very flavorful meal.Great dining experience. Our servers were also very nice and personable.

I wanted to love it here! Upon arriving a very rude woman not so friendly greeted us. She was yelling at everyone how to make their way to the bathroom. Our server was great. His name was Nate. Very friendly and had good energy. It felt very cramped in their and the ambience didn’t give us what we we were hoping and expecting. It was loud and also freezing in there. Christmas music was playing and was decorated, but tables were close together and they still had the plastic barriers up between most tables as they did during the pandemic everywhere. Food was meh. I ordered a mock tail as I wasn’t drinking and it was 8 dollars. Spaghetti and meatballs were okay, but definitely overpriced. My friend got a salmon dish special that she said was horrible. Bread was the best part. Sadly didn’t stay for dessert as the woman who was hosting and running around seemed to be rushing everyone out. Will not return.

The wife and I had dinner here while vacationing. Googled steakhouse and this place came up. We were met and seated by Coco our server, she is a delight! I ordered the NY strip, wife had the veal marsala. The steak was perfectly cooked and the veal was out of this world. If your in this area, go see Coco, you'll love it, as did I

Delicious! Great wine, friendly staff, and the pasta dishes were fantastic (especially compared with some others we had in town). Good selection of after dinner drinks as well

Tonight we had the pleasure of having Coco as our server and she made our experience amazing. Her recommendations and conversation will have us coming back a second time! We enjoyed the phenomenal Gorgonzola bread which was her recommendation. I truly enjoyed my seafood special dish and appreciate the "medium" spicy from the chef. Kudos!

Great meal, great service with Maria. My husband had the Ahi Tuna special. He said it was delicious. I had the veal cacciatore. The veal was so tender and the sauce was fabulous. I was a little nervous after reading some disturbing reviews but I guess everyone at Prime in Lenox was in a good mood and on their best behavior. I’m glad because it was a great dinner experience. Give it a try.

This restaurant was terrific we started with the velvety smooth house made gnocchi with pompodoro sauce then moved to shrimp bruschetta, veal Marsala, and veal cacciatore. The veal dishes were perfect with tender veal and great sauces. The cacciatore was the best I have had to date. I would highly recommend this restaurant and was surprised to find in the Berkshires instead of NY or Boston. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

So first off Trevor our waiter was great. The food was ok. The wings were $18 for 5 wings and no they are not jumbo a little ridiculous if u ask me. I had the filet $49 it was ok not that think filet that melts in your mouth like butter. Wife had the chicken parm again ok. I probably wouldn’t go here again the staff (not Trevor) bickers at each other in front of the customers.

I made reservations via their app. The was a pick list to alert of allergies. I wrote the allergies in the additional notes section, but wait there's more! To secure the reservation there's a fee per head $10 each, the morning of your reservation. So if you book two days in advance, cancel in the afternoon the day of your reservation, yes your out of $10 per head in the resy. So back to our experience. We were on time checked in, it would be nice if we could have sat on the patio, lovely warm night, plenty of open seats, why pass up sitting outside? The music was blaring out there. Meal order, Reviewed the allergies with the server and the meal selection. The meals shows up. It's loaded with cheese, got a dairy allergy. The server was annoyed with us. We ask if they could make a bowl of chicken with pasta, he said no, everything was premade. He removed my companion's meal from the tab, got mine to go. Got back to the hotel to eat it, was gross. Total tourist trap.

This is by far the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to ! The food is fresh, tasty, and super authentic. ?? They go above and beyond to give you a taste of Italy. The drinks and dessert are great as well, and the service is amazing ?

Wonderfully warm and cheerful place to dine - we ate under a canopy with twinkling lights. I echo the family atmosphere - not stuffy - and our "whatever you need" waiter, the lovely Trevor. Chicken marsala good, but the sauce was too heavy for my taste; my brother LOVED the special. Great experience all around!

Dined there last month. Reservation was botched, but thankfully they sat us. Everyone's meal was very good. Friendly service. Steak was miserably underwhelming. No flavor whatsoever. It is as though they forgot to season it. The rest of the meal was very nice. The pasta dishes were very tasty. But if you're going to have the name "steak" in your name, for heaven sakes, make a good steak. It was cooked fine, meat was not particularly tender either, but had it been seasoned just a tad...
