We had breakfast here while visiting I was not impressed the service was horrible we were never greeted and we did not even know if we sat down or we ordered the food took for ever to get to us the kid at the register was not nice another customer came in did not even know how he was supposed to order no one helped him I felt just like him. It was not a good experience the food did taste good but the experience not what should have been first impression are always important.

Thoroughly disappointed. Place advertises that they are a bakery. We bought an apple turnover which turned out to have a MOLD inside!!!! The girl behind the counter was nice but had no clue where the pastry came from. Do not recommend.

This quaint little shop was a pleasant place to grab breakfast and a coffee. Despite a small kitchen, they prepared a delicious eggs Benedict and breakfast sandwich. Pics below.

We used to love coming here for coffee, but now the owners have hired young kids who don’t know how to make coffee’s, lattes, and they have to have Notes on the machines telling them what to do and the coffee is awful. Espresso is kept pre-ground in a tub which makes it bitter and oxygenated. Expresso beans are stable for about a week once opened but once ground they turn bitter much faster. That’s why coffee house grind right before they serve. Please train your employees. I asked for a flat white yesterday and got a cappuccino that was so bitter it was undrinkable. We love recruiting local establishments, but it only goes so far when the service and product is terrible.
I am just talking about the coffee during this review as I haven’t had pastries in a while

YUM! What a wonderful surprise! My fiancé and I drove through Lenox to go to a cafe that ended up being closed- devastated, we walked around town hoping to find a cup of coffee. We figured shots would have a good cup- boy, did they! And amazing food. I would highly recommend this spot!

Love their chai. They have quite a lot of gluten free items as well. My Mom is a fan of their cinnamon rolls.

$21.00 for one plain bagel with cream cheese(they couldn't even cut it in half), 1 egg and cheese on an undercooked English muffin and a regular coffee wich I had to pour myself and mix with decaf because the container was low. Rip off.

Lovely cafe in the Berkshires
Over-crowded, over-heated, over-loud, underwhelming.
