This quaint little shop was a pleasant place to grab breakfast and a coffee. Despite a small kitchen, they prepared a delicious eggs Benedict and breakfast sandwich. Pics below.

YUM! What a wonderful surprise! My fiancé and I drove through Lenox to go to a cafe that ended up being closed- devastated, we walked around town hoping to find a cup of coffee. We figured shots would have a good cup- boy, did they! And amazing food. I would highly recommend this spot!

Love their chai. They have quite a lot of gluten free items as well. My Mom is a fan of their cinnamon rolls.

$21.00 for one plain bagel with cream cheese(they couldn't even cut it in half), 1 egg and cheese on an undercooked English muffin and a regular coffee wich I had to pour myself and mix with decaf because the container was low. Rip off.

The owner was so friendly! We ordered an americano, cafe latte and ham+Gruyère croissant with egg. The whole town is adorable and this cafe got the vibe perfectly. I don't believe they make their baked goods onsite - hence the coffee and breakfast order- but the food and coffee were good. Would recommend

Very disappointing experience. The snail paced service and sub par food make this place not worth another try. The owner is an unhappy human who clearly should not be in the restaurant business. There are many other places to eat in Lenox, don't waste your time here

Loved this little Cafe. I had the French toast special and they were the best I've had. A perfect blend of bread, fruit, and chocolate syrup. My husband had the avocado toast and it was a hearty portion. I didn't taste it but it looked and smelled delicious.

Great food and lattes. Very small place with limited staff. Orders are made fresh so be prepared to wait a little bit.

We ordered French toast, avocado toast, an iced chai, and a vanilla latte. The food and drinks were delicious. Beautiful presentation of the food. Cozy, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely go back.

The good news: There are better options nearby! Now for my story: I went in a week ago when the shop was not busy and looked over the pastries. All were missing prices and a couple were missing descriptive tags so that it wasn't possible to know what was inside without asking. I have some hearing loss so when I tried speaking to an older foreign woman behind the counter things did not go well. She had an unpleasant brusque manner and her accent made it difficult to understand her. Undaunted, I motioned to a young man next to her to see if I might do better. I pointed to a plate in the pastry selection and asked if he could tell me what they were. "I have no idea" he dully replied as though the matter was solved. "Can you please find out?" I asked. He sighed as if the question was beneath his very high position of barista-in-training. He went back to ask the older woman. She scowled at me as though I was making her life pure Hell. (I didn't dare ask the price!) I took the hint and left thinking with some relief it was actually kind of funny how rude they were.

I am shocked that there are bad reviews of this place. I went for the first time today. My breakfast was incredible. Iced americano with a delicious bold flavor, fruit all at the peak of ripeness, perfectly poached eggs served with homemade pesto and a couple of large slices of delicious sourdough. It was fantastic.

Shots Cafe “feels” like the quintessential coffee shop. It’s like the dictionary definition of the word somehow manifested itself in Lenox. The coffee is amazing, the cookies aren’t far behind, and the ambiance is incredible! It is definitely worth swinging by if you have the opportunity.

Ordered and paid for a cafe con leche with sugar and the guy behind the counter proceeded to poor in cold coffee from much earlier and add milk to it and told me I could get my own sugar. Not only was my hot drink lukewarm but it wasn’t even good coffee! Never going there again!
