Fantastic pizza place! This is hands down the best pizza I've had in the area -- everything just tastes so fresh, great crust, excellent choice of toppings. And very friendly to boot.
Bonus tip: If you're lactose intolerant or just want to eat healthier, ask them to make a cheese-less pizza for you with pesto sauce. I know, pizza without the cheese?? But it's absolutely delicious the way they do it.

We were greeted upon entering. The hospitality was great , the food was prepared with care and tasted delicious. We got a supreme calzone. The crust was crispy, and ingredients fresh. The salad was also fresh and tasty. We highly recommend!
Note: photo is after we started eating!

We finally tried Momo's and will not go anywhere else. The Veggie Pizza is so tasty! Old standby Cheese Pizza is a step beyond - high quality ingredients simply make a better pizza. Add in the brick oven flavors and perfect crust and the 40 minute round trip is totally worth it.

Truly a great pizza and cook! The chicken tenders and fries were like average pub style frozen. The service would have been great had the owner been able to take some constructive critism about checking and assuring that the online orders are monitored for detail. Owner was pretty rude and made excuses about it being a Friday! Even though the kid working to assist admitted he missed the order. People who order for pickup shouldnt be expected to wait for there order. This has been my experience both times!! Amazing pizza and amazing garlic bread!

Visiting family in the area and was curious to try something new from the typical places we eat when in town.
We got three large pies and while the crust was good, all three were seriously lacking in tomato sauce. Was disappointed to discover the margarita pizza didn’t have any red sauce at all (which was a first for me, since that is my typical order when I get pizza). But it was drenched in balsamic drizzle, to the point it was all you could taste. With the rest of the pies, the crust and cheese were okay. But with hardly any tomato sauce the pizzas were bland and dry.
This was a one and done for all of us.
To the owner who is clearly butthurt that I didn't love his food. Instead of going on the attack by being a grammar police (which is rich considering his use of punctuation marks), maybe realize the guy who was making pies that day might have messed up and went cheap with the sauce. Don't take it too personal. Changed my review from 2 stars down to 1 since the owner is a 5 year old with thin skin.

Surprised at how good this place was. Random Monday 30 minutes before closing and the pizza was the best I’ve ever had in MA. You can tell the guy loves what he does. Will definitely come back, other places nearby don’t come close.

This area needed a great thin-crust pizza shop and Momo delivers. I watched them make the crust from scratch and then stick the pie in the brick oven that cooks the pizzas in as little as six minutes. Pizzas were well done and crispy. Croutons were great in the salads and shaved Parmesan topped off the Cesar. The only thing I was on the fence about was the garlic bread that could have used more cheese and sauce on the side. But overall this is the best pizza in North Central Mass.

Just had my first-ever experience at Momo’s Bistro & Brick Oven Pizza in Fitchburg, MA and I’m already counting down the days until I can go back. From the moment I placed my order to the last bite of crust, everything was perfect. Genuinely one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had in a long, long time.
The pizza was so ridiculously good, I could barely stop myself from devouring it long enough to snap the single attached photo. Crispy where it should be, chewy where it counts, and absolutely packed with flavor. You can taste the care that goes into every part of it.
And Momo himself? A legend. It meant a lot to see him open on Father’s Day, sharing his craft and bringing people joy through food on a day that’s all about family. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed — it’s appreciated, deeply.

I stopped by on my way across the state for a quick dinner. I ordered the margherita pizza with mushrooms and it was fantastic! The edges of the crust were crispy but not overdone, the amount of cheese was perfect, and the hearty drizzle of balsamic glaze was a great touch. It tasted great! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I totally see why this bistro is rated so highly!
