Very dirty inside straw wrappers and crumbs on tables through out the restaurant. Ordered online says it’s ready on the cart and when you get to the cart nothing is there 👎
I get lunch here a few times a week as I work close by. I only have a 30 min lunch so I always order through the app and use the super convenient curbside pickup.
I never have an issue with my food or service.
Today my lettuce in my salad was pretty rotten. I called to let them know so they could toss what they had left and wouldn’t have any other complaints.
Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal.

I order atleast three times a week and idk what is going on there... but the eggs have been uncooked or barely cooked. So today I decided to get a sandwich with scrambled egg and cheese with bacon. For seven dollar sandwich I got a half of a half and the a sandwich filled with just grizzle... like really. I called the store and the manager just made excuses for the conditions... very unhappy
