If I can save even one person from visiting this Brueggars- this review will be worth it (as someone that never writes reviews). With a line of about 3 people in front of me and my order placed at 11:03am for 2 bagels (one not even toasted) I received my final order at 11:24am. During this time I watched 4 people behind the counter laugh, joke, and wander around. I double checked on my order at 11:17 and was told it was on its way out. I then watched the egg sit on the bagel on the counter for 4-5 minutes. I finally received my order 7 minutes later, which was sloppily arranged and not fully wrapped?
As a millennial that grew up going to Brueggars after soccer games and on half days for a quick bagel… this is a far cry from the quick service and consistent product that used to be the standard for Brueggars.

Just annoyed that my sandwich wasn’t made correctly and was told they would make me a new one but instead they gave me the cream cheese that was supposed to go in my sandwich. By the time I got home my sandwich was completely cold

Go here only if you want the slowest possible service and employees not wearing proper head coverings. They prioritize delivery app orders over people who are physically standing in front of them. Even when there’s no app pickup people waiting either.
They’re not rude but they’re definitely not friendly. This chain has really gone downhill over the years.

This place is extremely slow and the staff is extremely slow. No accountability and no respect for customers. We waited 25 min and when asked about our food we got nothing but a bad attitude and disrespect. I will never go to another bruegger's bagels ever again, and I would recommend to everyone else to never go there as well.
Sriracha honey cream cheese on egg bagel sandwich with pepper bacon ? yum! Parking, brewed flavored ice coffee, bathroom and outside seats - friendly staff too!
