I have been going to this Brueggers for years. Always fresh bagals and great bagel sandwiches, but sad to see it decline in service. Everyone is always nice just not consistent in quality service, so sometime long lines mistakes in orders. Will be back but...

Crate service on this Saturday morning when we stopped around 8:00 a.m. for a bagel. The young guys who were running the place we're very friendly, efficient, professional, and the bagels were absolutely delicious

Generally the food is good. The app is very limited in options. The recent changes have it a little better but still limited. Service is good but at a snails pace. If you don’t mind waiting 20+ minutes then it’s worth it. But wouldn’t go here if you’re in a hurry. If they made the app more extensive and user friendly, I think people would order in advance knowing that it could take 20+ minutes for the order to be made.
