My family and I have supported this establishment for YEARS! We are in there as individuals and as a family every week. Well, that halts TODAY! Never in a million years would I ever expect an owner be continuously rude, dismissive and short. So sad… here’s some news for you, owner. From one business owner to another. Lead by example. I have witnessed you and other staff members be short and rude to customers on several occasions. So if you wonder where your other staff gets it from - look in the mirror! You have one phenomenal employee who deserves to be praised for being a kind, sweet, hard worker who outshines the rest of your staff, including you! Such a shame too but we will not support or tolerate bullying of any manner to anyone!

As I read your replies to other reviews… I’m calling out your lies. There is no courtesy one time remake! Several times I have seen you dismiss customers because of an error, myself included! Take responsibility.

Lots of options. Great for people who sugar rush easily like me.

First of all, the bubble tea here that I order frequently is great and very addicting. I will not knock the drink here, it has typically always met my expectations.

This review is about the customer service I received here on June 5, 2025. I ordered via the CoCo app and walked in a few minutes later to get my drink, as I’ve done many many times before. This time, after a minute of waiting there for my drink, it was clear that there was an issue with their computer systems. After waiting another minute or so, with no acknowledgement up to then, and it was obvious that I was the only one waiting (there was another party by the window already with their drinks, and me), the older lady at the front (not the usual younger/kid crew later at nights) comes to me and says their system is down so I need to pay cash.

So I said I’ve already ordered and paid (as I’ve done maybe 25+ times before) via the app and showed them my order # on my phone screen and that it said it was being made. She studied the order and then asked what I had. I explained it was a large regular bubble tea. She then said the app probably didn’t go through and that I didn’t actually pay on the app. I said hold on let me pull up my credit card app, which I did and it showed a pending order of $6.67 on that day to CoCo. She was, of course, studying my credit card app (which already feels inappropriate given how much time she was looking at it). She says it’s pending, to which I reply that’s usually how orders on credit cards work and then it goes from pending to posted after a few days. She still seemed like she didn’t believe me. Then she asked the man there (who might be the owner or manager) what to do and he replied ā€œjust make the drinkā€, to which it felt like she reluctantly did.

After she made the drink, I took it and said thanks and by the way here is my order # [xxxxx], in case your computers come back online you don’t need to make another drink thinking it’s an order that hasn’t been picked up yet. To which she replied that my order probably didn’t go through and I didn’t pay anyway and got a free drink.

I left the store feeling like I stole something from them. Guess what… just checked my credit card app today and the June 5th order posted on my CC statement and I did pay the $6.67.

I mean come on, at some point in this string of events, as a customer service representative, just defer to this late 30s year old customer who, trust me, doesn’t need to steal from your store. I’ll think about this event every time I think about ordering a drink from this place and, honestly, that’ll play a huge factor if I want a bubble tea or just grab another drink at another nearby establishment instead. All that for $6.67… which I paid…

I went with my mother for bubble tea last night but the young men who made the tea definitely could be better. I ordered one without sugar and my mother ordered one with 30% sugar. Guess what, he gave us the same type of drink. I was surprised thinking their drink without sugar got so much more sweet. I went to ask him if he added sugar and he denied. Later I tasted my mother’s and found the same level of sweetness. I went back again and he still denied. Later the owner came out and asked him to remake mine.

Tasty drink made quickly!!

I love bubble tea, so going after school to get a drink is awesome. Nothing super special about the drinks they're still good.

My go-to order: Large Mango Green Tea, 30% or 50% sugar, Less Ice or No Ice, and Tapioca Pearls

Awesome experience at this place. Was unsure of what to get initially but the helpful advice of the lady behind the counter assisted me in choosing my new favorite drink. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

This was my first time trying bubble tea and the young lady who helped me was very excellent. I believe her name was Sophia and she gave me a very thorough guide through the menu. Thanks to the kind and helpful staff, I had a great time here!

Great tea I enjoy the lava pearl tea and I don't know what everyone else says this place is the only good bubble tea place in a 10 mile radius
