I’d give zero star if possible. The service and manner of the store owner was TERRIBLE!!
We received a coupon in the picture as a gift from previous order. Last week when we were at the store, we received confirmation from them that this coupon could be used for multiple drinks, as it is marked as “per transaction”. Today we went in trying to use this coupon for 4 floral drinks, the front desk lady said it could only be used for 1. The front desk called the owner and he said “no it’s not allowed”. I asked to speak to the owner. The lady called again, the owner told me “The store confirmation before was wrong. I’m the boss, I’m the highest authority of this store, I make the rule! You are always only allowed to use one coupon per drink everywhere. If you come in to order 10 drinks, does that mean I give you discounts for all 10 drinks? No absolute no!”
This service and manner is NOT ACCEPTABLE! No apologies for the so-called misprint or false confirmation before, but terrible manner blaming us as taking advantage of this discount. My friends and I are frequent customers at this store, after this experience, I will never give business to this store again!

Coco Fresh Tea has multiple locations around the Boston area.
The inside has a little seating, but overall it is a place you'd come in and out of. The menu is enlarged on multiple screens for ease of reading, and the staff were courteous and helpful when ordering.
We came during a dead time, so we were served almost instantly. I got a passionfruit black tea, which was pretty good. It was decently sweet and the black tea mixed well with the passionfruit taste.
The price of the boba here is cheaper than other places, and the portion size is good. I would definitely come here if you are craving boba while in the area but don't want to drive to the Burlington Mall or to Boston.

We ordered a bubble tea today as shown in the attached photo, we would like to have an extra small cup for the tapioca. The server asked her boss about it. The boss answered fiercely:"NO!" and left. We are fine without an extra cup, but the response from the owner was not acceptable. I met the boss outside and asked why he was so angry about giving us an extra cup, he was still very rude to us and he mentioned that he need to charge 50 cents for the extra small cup. he could have told us in a nicer manner. Not recommended at all!

The server with glasses has a dismissive attitude all the time. she seemed uninterested and impatient. Specifically when I asked about the ingredients in one of the drinks, she gave me a very unhelpful answer. additionally when I asked for a small customization to my order, she signed loudly and acted as if it was a major inconvenience. I believe all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. I also noticed that the drink was not fresh, the tapioca was hard and tasted bad. The experience was quite disappointing! Avoid this place!

We were shunned on arrival because the staff wanted to close early. We rushed to make it there and made it in at 8:55, but they told us they were already closed prior to our arrival. Very rude since there were plenty of people stillin the shop. it's as though the workers wanted to get out of the building as soon as possible, probably due to the fair or fireworks going on. Shameful!
Don't even get me started on their forced kiosk service when the place isn't busy. How lazy can you get? All this aside, they have made decent drinks in the past. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

We ordered the Classic Lava Pearls, Berry Lovers and Fresh Lemon Yakuit. They were all very good with the Yakuit standing out most. The ordering system is efficient and the place is cool. My only complaint is the fact that I paid for tapioca pearls to be added my drink (this specific drink didn't come with any) but they were never put in the drink. Bit of a bummer but the taste made up for it.

Great spot for bubble tea in the town center. Order with app to pick up later as they are always busy. I prefer Coco over Gong Tea in the Burlington Mall since Coco tea has more tea flavor.

Boba tea with lots of options. Our kids love it and the service is good. My only complaint is that they have very little seating. It's more a grab and go kind of place, like many places that opened during COVID.

Very frustrating experience. Long line for a kiosk which was hard to use, and essentially no other way to order (the "cash only" station was never manned). After having mistakenly ordered two drinks incorrectly, we had to ask a chatting staff person for assistance to be sure we didn't do it a third time. There were communication challenges, but her kindness (and the correct drink) merits one extra star. Also, I would have drunk my incorrect beverage (taro milk tea without boba, but we thought were included given the price), but it was all but tasteless -- way to save money, use less powder? Way to lose customers.
delicious
Great boba stop if you find yourself wandering around the area.
