We ordered some salmon hand rolls and salmon rolls for lunch. The salmon was gross. They had clearly added leftover salmon to the hand rolls and salmon rolls. The texture was awful! We are local, but will not have sushi at this place anymore.

Very expensive for what you get. The portions are incredibly small. Out of all of the Japanese places I’ve been to, this place has the worst price-to-portion ratio. The takoyaki was also cold in the middle.

I have never left a review focusing on customer service because I am not picky.
1) the waitress was rude and impatient despite only a few groups at the restaurant. 2) always tried to upsell and nick/dime instead of just taking care of the clients. 3) my younger daughter had 2 sushi rolls of the same kind. I asked for one more for her after she finished her plate and the server brought 2 more (one more of the original order not one more roll). 4) the waiter sat and waited for the bill to be filled and took it before we got up (only junk places do that). 5) the table we sat on had a super sticky film on it from consistently not being wiped down properly.
Otherwise the sushi was fresh but the ramen selection austere.
There are better sushi places.
I got a vibe like they needed money and were going under.
