I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location on Saturday, June 1st. As a regular customer who values the convenience and quality of your services, I was quite surprised and disappointed by an unexpected charge during my last visit.As a bariatric patient, I have a specific routine when ordering my drinks. I usually get two shots of espresso in a large cup of ice, to which I add my protein shake. This has been my consistent order for some time now, and I have never encountered any additional charges for the cup and ice at any other Dunkin' Donuts locations.However, during my visit on June 1st, I was informed that there would be an extra charge for the cup and ice. This was quite surprising and disheartening, as it felt like an unnecessary and inconsistent policy compared to my experiences at other Dunkin' Donuts locations. I would understand if the charge applied to an order solely for ice and a cup, but this was not the case.I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe it is important for customer experiences to be consistent and fair across all locations. The additional charge, in this instance, felt more like a matter of policy inconsistency rather than a justified cost.Given my longstanding patronage and appreciation for your products, this experience has led me to consider visiting the new Dunkin' Donuts inside the gas station on Waltham Street instead. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the experience for other loyal customers like myself.

There is the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. We always get strawberry coolatta which always has been red(we order this drink all the time,), however this time it was light pink. So I asked the man if this was the strawberry coolatta, that’s when he asked me to read the label and whether I cannot read. NEVER going back there again.(The drink was nothing like we had before. It tasted horrible.)

Today, I order the chorizo wrap for breakfast. When I got to work there was mold on the wrap. This is disgusting and horrifying!!
Horribly rude person behind the counter and smelled extremely bad as well. I did not even get any food because of how Neasus it got me.after reading further reviews I have figured out the man’s name is

One location stole my sunglasses and another one serve me donuts with flies in it. That location called to threaten me and tell me that I was a liar. I think I’m done with Dunkin’ Donuts now.
