Would probably order from a different DD next time. I chose bagel with the cream cheese to be spread (as an option on the app) but they didn't do that. I asked for a butter croissant and they just gave a croissant without butter. This is the second or third time this has happened but they almost never hand out a ready to eat bagel. Not convenient if you are driving and in a hurry.

Like all Dunkins, the Bedford MA one is busy, always friendly, polite and professional whether you go inside or drive thru, it's Dunks!!
I hate to do this and it’s definitely not the poor girl working behind the counters fault, but she definitely didn’t know how to make anything on the menu and no one else was working with her. She was all by herself. I feel bad for her but definitely not a Dunkin’s location I will be going to again.

Melissa was disrespectful and inappropriate with my boyfriend and an employee meeting should be had to discuss her engagement with customers and what appropriate boundaries and language to use when addressing a customer her acts reflect poorly on behalf the rest of the staff who where amazing

I have been to over a 100 different dunks while traveling through New England. I come in here every Friday at 1:45 as a little treat to end the work week.The worker who makes the ice coffees here makes the best ice coffee I’ve had out of any of the dunks I’ve been to. I don’t know how to explain it it’s just always perfectly made every Friday. Bagels and donuts r normal dunks bagels and donuts. But if u like ice coffee this is the place to go.

Employee was extremely rude about asking me to put on a mask. I saw the gas station employee wasn't wearing a mask so I assumed I was also all set not wearing one. I would have put one on if was politely asked to. I am not from the town so I didn't know there was a mask mandate for the town.
