Exceptional. They brine/marinate and don’t cheap out on labor. Each entree is well studied and executed - from a pro chef with limited ingredients. I hope they’ll maintain good quality for lower prices and gain volume- it’s perfect for work lunch takeout. 2x spices and time earns 10x returning guests. There’s a lot of business to grow.
