It's MacDonald's. The only factor that really counts is consistency. And this location delivers the expected McDonald's experience. Affordable food served fast, hot and courteously. Since it's in a highway service plaza the crowd is travelers eager to get on their way. No disruptive teens or unruly children to speak of. It's very efficient and business like. Everyone simply wants to get what they came for and be on their way. That's the true purpose...

This location is so much more expensive than most McDonald's locations. The service is mediocre and the cooks obviously do not pay attention. I ordered extra meat and did not get it 3 times in a row. On one occasion I ordered two extra meats receiving no extra meats then when returned I only received one extra meat so I brought the food back again. With this location costing over $1.00 for each double cheeseburger patty I expected this expensive 1/10 of a pound patty.

BEST McDonald’s in the area. Rating based on the Diet Coke I get daily. Efficiently and professionally managed. They serve hordes of high school students, government workers, construction crews, and everyone else, but I’ve never had to wait. They accommodate homeless people without complaint and keep a clean restroom for anyone who wants it.
