The pizza was surprisingly decent for a highway rest-stop. While the slice was on the greasy side, it also had a good sauce to cheese ratio. The sauce was flavorful and the base of the pizza was thin and crispy. If only all highway rest stops and gas stations had pizza of this quality!
Vegetarian options: This place has some vegetarian options on the menu.
Parking: Plenty of parking - as this is a rest stop.

It's in a travel center, and somehow it's not terrible. This is actually incredibly decent pizza hilariously enough.You can taste the crust, the cheese, and the sauce. It's a lot better than even local places. The crust is crispy. Anywhere else in Waltham and Lexington you'll get a soggy pizza. Somehow the travel center beats them.The price is high because it's in a travel center, $5 for a slice. But yeah, it's pretty damn decent.
On layover waiting to deliver 10 miles up the road. Decided to give the east coast pizza a try. See what all the fuss is about. Pretty good. Not the best but pretty close.

Stopped at this service plaza for a quick bite. Thank goodness another option besides a McDonald's. My daughter and I had a slice of pizza that was better than any pizza shop I have been to in a while!!! Yum, I cannot believe I will have to visit the rest stop for my pizza from now on. But I will:)

Stopped at this service plaza for a quick bite. Thank goodness another option besides a McDonald's. My daughter and I had a slice of pizza that was better than any pizza shop I have been to in a while!!! Yum, I cannot believe I will have to visit the rest stop for my pizza from now on. But I will:)

me and my party came to this Lexington 24 hour truck stop McDonald’s. COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED!!! Our wait to just order food was 20 minutes and that’s not counting the additional 40 minutes to get our food. Mobile orders were just as backed up. When asked for a water cup to go along with the rest of my food he charged me 35cents for a “salad dressing”. I later questioned him about the “salad dressing charge” and he said “it’s just something he had been doing”... but this employee didn’t inform any of his other 2 staff members so they were handing out random salad dressings, along with bottled waters. Later when they started preparing our food, the employee that was supposed to be putting the bags of food together was in both the men’s and women’s restrooms. Which my boyfriend and best friend noticed, he also didn’t have any noticeable cleaning supplies with him. When he came back from the restrooms he started preparing our food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. THIS EMPLOYEE HAD THE PERSONAL HYGIENE OF A 2 YEAR OLD. His face was covered in foamy white bodily fluid which he continually wiped away with his BARE HANDS. AND was seen many times scratching various parts of his body. There were many complaints from other parties but nothing was being done about this mans hygiene or organization of the kitchen. All the members of my party ordered fries which were cold and soggy. After seeing how our food was prepared no one in my party was able to finish or even make a dent into the fries. All around our visit was un enjoyable and COMPLETELY UNSANITARY. THIS MCDONALDS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Completely...
