I’m seeing some similar comments and I have to agree I’ve been coming here for years and it honestly has gone downhill bc just now I order extra cold foam and received bubbles. The barista was kind enough to make me some extra on the side, but unfortunately it was just liquid.

I used to love Starbucks but it's gone down hill. This location is pretty good. Plenty of parking here. It's a shared parking lot. The staff were civil, not impolite. The prices have gone way up. The tea bag seemed like plastic. They don't put out carafs of milk anymore. The staff needs to add it for you. The tea tasted funny and I ended up dumping it. Overall it was disappointing. There is outside seating here which is good. The inside is dark and boring.

My experience was a bit more than just the coffee and food which those were amazing as well. My, first experience was with an unfortunate incident that happened right outside the Starbucks stores with a patron who was entering. This patron happened to fall and do quite a bit of extensive damage to her face, In which I was fortunate enough to witness and be there and was able to assist. Once this young lady was stable, I went inside to inform the manager on what happened and this is where the manager whose name is.Malachai sprung into action. He proceeded to grab a chair, bring it outside to make sure this young woman was comfortable in this unfortunate setting and at the same time call 911 went inside and make sure that a nice pack was given all in a matter of minutes. He stayed with her to comfort her to make sure everything was OK and made this unfortunate situation and or experience a little bit better. Also want to add that I proceeded to head inside to grab myself a coffee after this situation was taken care of and a young lady by the name of Carly Was at the register and asked me if I was the one that assisted outside, which I told her yes and proceeded to Let me know that everything was all paid for . At that time, I refused it but she Insisted, and I felt the fact that she went above and beyond to thank Me was absolutely incredible. And lastly, there was one other young lady by the name of Eunyoung that while the Manager was off getting help in the ice pack. She sat with her to comfort her and guarantee that she would be OK. At the end of the day, the teamwork from this cruel was amazing quick in their respond responding and it was a great thing to witness. Five stars for all three of these people in the Starbucks themselves

I just needed to leave a review for the other parents with sleeping babies in the car: THERE IS NO DRIVE-THRU at this location. I cannot comment on food service or atmosphere, I did not order here. Good luck!

Ordered 2 venti shaken espressos. When we got them they were not full. My fiancé asked if they could remake it and was told “it’s the machine that’s how they come” and then went back after and asked for the drinks to be remade to be full for $15 worth of coffee. The barista basically spit in his face. Extremely disappointed with the service. Danny was the person who was “assisting” us.

To the manager I spoke with today at Starbucks:
I strongly suggest you reconsider how you communicate with paying customers. I came back to the store after not receiving my mobile order this morning—during what was clearly a very busy rush with a 40-minute wait. Instead of being understanding or even neutral, you treated me like I was lying about the situation.

Just because your team failed to follow proper protocol—like confirming customer names—does not mean I fabricated a story just to get a drink. Your dismissive tone, scoffing, and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.

It’s disappointing to be treated with such disrespect, especially by someone in a leadership role. Frankly, I feel sorry for the employees who have to report to you.

I love this location. It’s crazy to me that Starbucks drinks can vary from location to location but here we are and this location always nails my order. I order during my commute and it’s always ready when I get there, plus the baristas are super friendly.
