I almost didn't write a review but then took out my sandwich and saw it was made with a burnt bagel. I had ordered thru grubhub and was missing a sandwich. I called and supervisor tells me to get a refund through grubhub. Grubhub didn't make the mistake - the bag was *stapled* closed. Doesn't want to refund me so have to pick up my sandwich. I go get my sandwich which was made with a burnt bagel. Management stood by "supervising" (aka hiding behind) teenage staff instead of apologizing for mess up and dealing with me directly. Extremely frustrating experience considering I had already given a generous tip before finding my sandwich missing. There were mistakes in the past with messed up orders - one time I got a dozen bagels of what they had instead of what I'd ordered. Ends up not worth the aggravation.

Great bagel spot if you are visiting colleges nearby and need quick breakfast. Made us feel like we were in our hometown(in NJ). Prices are much cheaper than bagels in NJ.

Literally left without my food. That I paid for. Mice scurried around. Running out of the kitchen and towards the bathroom. Early morning too.

I liked the name wicked bagel and had to see what was so wicked about it. There are lots of bagels to choose from, and cream cheese. I got an egg and cheese sandwich and was disappointed it wasn't cooked throughly. The cheese wasn't melted. Not my favorite way to eat a breakfast sandwich. They have lots of drink options, hot to cold coffee. They do have good coffee A few times I got takeout and reheated my breakfast sandwich which is much better. Go figure. Better to bring it home . You can watch them make the bagels there . The place is clean with places to eat but it does get crowded at peak times , like mornings. Plenty of places to park. It's local so it's nice to support the business. I wouldn't say it's wicked great, but it's good.

They make fantastic bagels, some of, if not the best around the greater Boston area. They can get busy on weekends so it's often best to place your order online and then pick it up - helps them, helps you. I always get my bagel toasted dark since i find the regular toasting is a bit too soft for me. Highly recommend the salt bagel with jalapeño spread. Also, the inside is nice to sit down and munch away if you want to hang around a bit.

Was hoping for a place to go closer than newton for better than good bagels. 1. Bagels are good not great; they are way too big, should be a bit denser and a bit more chew in the crust topping seem a slight bit more charred than I prefer. bottom line bagels are correct unlike dunkin or finagle a bagel or einstein- but they are probably not any better than brueggers. 2. the cream cheese spreads have very little of the ingredient added- almost could not tell that the olive cream cheese had any olives in it the scallion was a bit better but if I wanted weak taste I would just get plain cream cheese. Service was good, ordered online order was ready, needed to get a few extras counter person was very nice. Would go here if I was local to it ie within 10 minutes but not worth a trip. Forgot, had a moment of weakness bought a "poptart" took one bit after heating it... crust was almost raw around filling and the filling was so sweet it was the only taste I got... didnt taste like apples, just sugar. Stick to bagels, and I should know better.
