They know what my "usual" coffee and make my toasted almond ice coffee perfect each day and they are very friendly.
I went twice on Monday. My first latte had grounds in it. I went back for a replacement. Also grounds it in. It’s now 2 days later. I go in, explain what happened. They gave me a free one. And guess what?! It has grounds in it AGAIN. I work for a coffee place. There should never be grounds in a latte unless your machine is messed up. I told them Monday about it via phone call. You think they would have fixed it by now but nope. Just not going back here again.
