I hired their food truck for our annual company picnic, and they did amazing!! Communication and the hiring process was positive and smooth and the ice cream was incredible and they gave great service

We had Batch come to our backyard Baby-Q baby shower and it was an awesome experience for us and all of our guests. The booking process was very easy and accommodating, their service was awesome, and the ice cream was great as always!! It was such a hit! Would definitely recommend using them for your next event!

The shop is cute but the icecream is the opposite of creamy. I don’t think my husband and I have ever had “bad” icecream until we tried Batch in Longmeadow, MA. I got hard vanilla and he got a scoop of strawberry and blueberry. Very watery and bland tasting, how do you mess up icecream ?! :(

I recently had an opportunity to have Batch ice cream at their truck. The truck was located at Tree House Brewing in Charlton, MA.

I opted for a small ($6), which has two scoops, which were also small. One scoop of chocolate and one scoop salted caramel.

I was disappointed with the Chocolate, which has decent flavor, but was littered with ice chunks. The salted caramel also had decent flavor, but had a grainy texture. Quite disappointing.

I had it previously had it at another location a coyote years ago, and do not recall these negative aspects of their pricy, high-end ice cream.

Hopefully it was a one- off issue?

We had the Batch Ice Cream truck come for a birthday party we were hosting at our house, it was so fun! The planning process was super smooth, the attendant was amazing. The truck came right on time, the guests were thrilled to see it pull up into the backyard, the ice cream was delicious! It was a great addition to the party, I would do again and recommend the truck to anyone!!

Caramelized banana and walnuts will be one of the best flavors you have tried anywhere!
Malted milkshake with the above flavor is also delicious.

I go to batch I scream at least twice a week they're awesome all-natural gluten-free options vegan options Italian ice Harmony springs soda good place French ice cream wonderful and very unique

Great vegan ice cream. It’s really difficult to find coffee vegan ice cream and they usually have it. Typically a couple options, and sorbet. Always delicious.

Really solid ice cream spot. Great innovative flavors - I had dark chocolate chili almond, caramelized banana walnut, and a few bites lavender citrus. They do a really great job here.

Batch came and hosted an ice cream truck event for staff at my school. They were quick to respond to emails, set up on time, very friendly, and the ice cream was tasty! Such a great success and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love Batch Ice cream!! I grew up in the area, and always find time to get some while visiting. The young lady with brown hair who served me today (4/15) during my visit was an absolute joy! Amazing customer service, and so kind!!! She was excited to explain all the new flavors. 10/10 would recommend!!

The Ludlow 250th Celebration Committee LOVES Batch ice cream. We have had them at all of our celebratory events and our guests are happy we did. Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend Batch for your next event.
