Batch Ice Cream Scoop Shop

The Ludlow 250th Celebration Committee LOVES Batch ice cream. We have had them at all of our celebratory events and our guests are happy we did. Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend Batch for your next event.

The woman serving the ice cream was very helpful. She allowed us to sample flavors and told us about how they are always taking suggestions for new flavors. Will 100% be going back

2nd time we had them at our company and also had them at the UMASS football game. EXCELLENT ice-cream! Super friendly and when I asked for a top to my cup to take home to my wife it was no problem. Can't wait to visit the store in Longmeadow! And my wife said it was the best strawberry ice-cream she's ever had!

We booked the Batch truck for our son’s birthday party. It was a huge hit! In addition to the amazing ice cream, the overall service and ease of booking was wonderful. Strongly recommend.

Love this place! Met the owners last year and they were really nice and happy! The wife makes the different ice creams and she let my daughter try one of her new mixes with ginger. Really great! Glad they have two locations too!

Umass UPC worked with Batch on Big Chill this Spring and they were delightful to partner with! The ice cream is always a hit with the students and everything was made very easy for us!

Never again..went in for a large dish if ice cream..she put in one scoop, scooped out another which was nice size.. instead of just letting me have the bigger scoop she, in front of me, sliced it in half, at that point the whole dish barely reached the lip of the cup..and she did it in front of me..bad PR, and heaven forbid she let me get the bigger scoop..not good..
I was regular there but never again..

Great ice cream, friendly service, kid friendly!! Also not bad price wise, approx $12 for an adult (2 scoops) and 2 kids ice creams! One of my kids had and loved the strawberry ice cream, it had chunks of fresh strawberries in it, rated it 10/10. My other kid ate the whole waffle cone of mango sorbet, 9/10. I had the pistachio and mint with chocolate chunks, both of which were delicious. There are a couple of benches outside you could sit on and tables and chairs inside.
