Picked up takeout. Chicken Cesar salad was great. The woman at the counter must have been going through something as she was cranky.

For a first time visit, it was easy to get my order. Ordering online was super easy and the staff was wonderful and very organized. The food is great and is now our official pizza place.

Just called to order a dinner like usual . Asked for a Caesar side salad like always and willing to pay the up charge but they said nope! No problem . Last time I order there . They’ve gotten snooty.

The buffalo chicken pizza was phenomenal. I was shocked at how good it was. We had to change to a medium pizza after we ordered, because they were "out of large" pizzas, but the staff was friendly, and the food overall was good.

This was my first time and it’s now my favorite restaurant. People were so nice and welcoming, food was incredible, Clam chowder was the best I ever had, plenty of food portions, I have been telling friends and family they need to go there.

My new breakfast food for my diabetes blood sugar leveling: The Grapevine's DELUXE GREEK WHITE PIZZA (all veggies) yummy! Good hot or cold, travels well, lasts longer than meat varieties, keeps me feeling sated, so I do not snack between meals. I love it! 1 slice of a Large is +/- 33 carbs.

Last night my husband and I dined at Grapevine Pizzaria and Restaurant on Maple Rd in Longmeadow. We've gotten plenty of pizzas from there in our 4 months since moving here, but this was our first time eating there and it was jammed!!! That tells me that the food is good, with so many people willing to wait for a table.We chose to sit at the bar for our meal because I was starving ? and I'm so glad we did! I got to witness the level of professionalism with the staff in dealing with the constant stream of customers waiting for a table, the constant stream of customers picking up their take out orders and the constant ringing of the phone for customers placing orders.Every person that I saw working there always had a smile on their face, were kind and helpful to everyone, engaged in easy conversation and made every person there feel as if they were the most important person there. I overheard one worker say that she had been there since 9:30am (nearing a 10 hour shift at that point). She chatted easily with customers, joked with them about their orders and, I kid you not when I say she answered the phone with a smile on her face every single time!I'm gushing here because I was just so impressed with the staff there. If they were stressed because it was so busy, I certainly didn't see it!Also, the food was REALLY good too ?

Food was over spiced with garlic, so much so it was all you could taste. The food was practically inedible. Our waitress was wonderful. Enjoyed the service and ambiance was very nice.
