Maybe it's this location, maybe it's bad luck seeing everyone else's reviews, but personally I'd say avoid this store like the plague. I've had 2 poor experiences (the first of which I stopped going before figuring things had worked out). The first return visit went well and then tonight I attempted to order 2 subs at 7:15 pm for a pickup which they said would be ready at 7:30. Fifteen minutes after arriving and being ignored, I was finally able to ask about the status of my order and was told it would be at least another 10 minutes. What's the point of the app giving you a time when ordering ahead if you don't adhere to said time? I know the ASAP function can update the expected time, so that's not the answer. I asked for a refund and presume it's in process as the employee stood at the POS and tapped a bunch of times before handing me a previously printed receipt and saying here. I would say go to the Enfield location if you want a sub, but in all honesty just avoid Jersey Mikes and go to the new Primo that opened in Chicopee-they have better subs/hoagies all around, you won't be disappointed there.

I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?

Ordered takeout on the app, and had asked if my 2 year olds mini sub could have extra tomatoes because she loved them. I know sometimes asking for “extra” things in the app or online doesn’t go over well, so i said it was alright if they couldn’t do it. When we got home, we took our sandwiches out and i just thought that this was so adorable, and so sweet. She had EXTRA tomatoes and was such a happy little baby. Also the food was delicious. 10/10 for service, food quality, and just overall people being kind and good human beings. ?

The sub sandwiches are excellent. The ingredients are fresh, and in my opinion delicious. Seems to be a very efficient business model. I will definitely repeat!!!!

My husband and I went for supper at Jersey Mike's. Staff was very nice right away. I ordered bacon, chicken and ranch. It was delicious. He made the best grinder. Perfect amount of everything.
We will definitely be back soon.

The food has been very, very good here. However, almost every time we get cold subs from here the bread always seems to end up saturated because there is always an overkill of the "Mike's Way" preparation; especially when we start adding other condiments like the Spiced Mustard, etc. I live ~8 mins away & by the time its unwrapped & the first bite is taken the roll is soggy. ? I know its hard to find a happy medium but it is there somewhere...

Great sub shop. Food was good. A sweet employee even asked us about our food after returning from his break. (I think his name was Bryan) My sandwich was grilled and it was ready just as my husband's cold sub was finishing up. The assembly person almost forgot the bacon, but the young lady at the cash register caught it before it became an issue. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated. (She had pink braids in her hair)

The food at Jersey Mikes is good, however the service was lack luster amongst the rude response from employee,my order was short a sandwich, I had to drive back to pick up the order which wasn't fulfilled. I called to rectify the situation and was acknowledged by the Jersey Mike's team member that they infact forgot my additional sandwich, the team member told another team member I had used profanity when explaining my order had been wronged. I recently picked up my order and was told by a Jersey Mike's team member that I would receive a coupon and a fresh order, none of that was present in my order upon re pickup. I will tell my friends and family to stay far away from this establishment, if this how Jersey Mike's does business, they won't last long at this location.

Absolutely love this place! Regular #26 is my favorite. The staff is always so friendly to everyone. Not sure why we don't have more in the area.
