This has become my go-to spot as my local choices have become more inconsistent in quality. My only critique is when they get large orders (which I’m not a part of), that consistency goes out the window. I feel for those kids, 20 plus sandwiches going at once, while working on individual orders like mine. This isn’t on the workers.

I have gone here three times and the most recent time I went I went with my family and I think it was the owner he was sitting in a corner by himself and then we came in and sat down at the table next to him and then asked while getting up to leave he said to me I can give you coupons what's your address kept asking kept asking give him a fake one and then walked away he came back no more than 10 minutes because he was checking the address and saw that it was an invalid address super sketchy I don't know if this is normal and we should get this looked at

Food was great but customer service was even better. Spoke to Jordan when I realized a dasher that picked up my order wasn’t going to be delivering it. Jordan was super nice and definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Turned a potential crappy experience into a great one for my family.

I really enjoy this Jersey Mike location. The food is always excellent, the store is very clean, and the staff are always nice and friendly. The one downside is the wait time. I order ahead online and the app generally says ‘ready in 15 minutes’ but I often end up waiting another 20-30 minutes after I arrive. The app may be the issue and may be outside their control but just plan to wait longer than you wanted or expected.

This picture does not do the sandwich justice but Tik Tok was right! I should’ve snapped a pic of the other half. More importantly, whenever I get a sub I love the works and getting all the toppings. Tik Tok threw this on my for you page and I had to try it. I got the Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. Top it Mike’s way then add mayo, dill pickle, hot chopped pepper relish, and jalapeño peppers. No, it’s not too hot! (At all). Don’t be scared of the peppers, just do it! You’re welcome. Disclaimer, the only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 is because I wish there was more seating but the quality sub makes up for it.

For a chain fast food place they make the best subs.... ALWAYS busy so you gotta have patience because you are gonna have about 10 minutes wait time if you are a walk in. Try the online thing...
