Today I ordered 4 sub's vía the app and it said that it would be ready at 6:28pm, 1 hour from the time I ordered, so I arrived at the store at 6:26pm to learn that my order was not even started and the Young girl who was dispatching the orders was very rude and unpprofessional. I asked her if she could give me a realistic time Frame and she said that at Jersey Mikes we do not give time frames to no one. Clearly she has never been on their app. I asked to please check and she desided to tell me that i needed to calm down. I asked her for manager and she tells me that she can defend herself and that she did not need to get him. I asked a gentleman in a Blue shirt to please come over to me and explained to him the situation and that i did not appreciate the Tone nor the way i was being treated by the store employee and he never even acknowledge the bad behaviour of the store employee. He said that it would be about 15 more minutes and he said that he was the franchise owner. The emploee said that she knew it would be longer. After almost 30 minutes more she threw the bag at me and said enjoy. This is amazing that in such an afluent Community you have such bad service from the emloyees and from the owner. I guess i Will have to travel to Enfield CT instead.

Nice employees, but incredibly slow service due to poor business model. I only had 2 people in line ahead of me. I didnt know they had like 10 advance orders. Their grill only holds 2 subs at time according to enployee. Took 45 minutes for a Steak Sub. They should of told me when i ordered we are way backed up order a cold sub. Well next time i will got to Frigos in East Longmeadow. Support local business ba national chain.

I order a giant steak and cheese received two small sub with little to no meat they put the wrong name on my order and I waited longer than all other customers I was there with my father and son they made my father’s sandwich perfectly with good proportions and quickly but made me wait my father and I ordered at the same time discrimination is disgusting just because someone doesn’t look like you don’t treat them differently this was on February 22 ,2024 at 3pm

Love Jersey Mike's subs -- wanted to try out the Longmeadow location (since the Enfield CT location is horrendous, as of this writing). Longmeadow did not disappoint. Ordered two reg subs to go -- turkey club #8 and original Italian #13. Meats, toppings and bread were fresh, prepared efficiently, with friendly customer service. Well run establishment. Went between 2 and 3 pm on 2/20/24 - about 8 people in queue, but it moved quickly. Will be back.
Hats off to these guys for handling huge demand with a well staffed crew. No matter how busy they are, they are polite and make the food quickly.

Subs are freshly made in front of you, and are delicious! The rosemary Parmesan roll is excellent. My favorite is the turkey, provolone sub with Mayo, lettuce and pickles ?
