Food was delicious, and service was good. Only complaint is the lack of baby changing stations in the bathrooms. There isn't one in the women's or the men's bathroom.

Nice Mexican restaurant in the Longmeadow shops. The food is classic Mexican with a modern spin and so is the decor. The waitstaff are exceptional! Menu was great!

I tried all three of the Taco Tuesday tacos on offer. They were all good in their own way. The pork and beef were my personal favorites that I would order anytime, but I would order the chicken on special again. The service was excellent, we were seated right away and we were in and out in under an hour. We didn't feel rushed and could have stayed longer, but our little one was getting a bit cranky, so we decided to make it a quick night out. Definitely recommend trying Lola's out, if you are on the fence about it, go on Tuesday for the specials. I think you will be happy and go back anytime. Great place with fresh take on the standard chains around here.

I went there with my family last night. We had a big group of 8. I accidentally made my reservation for the tonight instead of yesterday. The staff were super accommodating and squeezed us in. They went above and beyond!! Thank you, Lola’s!! We had a wonderful time, and the food was impeccable as usual!

My boyfriend and I went to Lola’s for a date night and we had the best service from our server. Joshua K was AMAZING!! Our food was delicious, the elote as an appetizer was so so good and we shared a few orders of tacos. Our night really was made with how the service was, Joshua was attentive and super polite. He checked up on us multiple times, helped me decided what drink to get and just really made the date so much better. We cannot thank him enough!

We have been to Lola's on numerous occasions and it is consistently the best around! We love the food and drinks, but the service is bar none the best! My 11-year-old daughter thinks Tony and Josh are the very best! She looks forward to seeing them every time we visit and they remember her too, their friendly and thoughtful personalities keep us coming back!
Atmosphere and service are very good. Great drinks. Food however is sub par. Very expensive for small portions (tacos) that aren’t overly great. Have also tried the take out taco box and was very displeased as well. Unfortunate as it’s a great location, vibe and staff. Food quality and profile just aren’t there.

Best Mexican restaurant in this area. It has such a pretty and chill vibe with the decor and lights. The food was amazing! And the strawberry spicy margarita was as one of the best I’ve had. The only negative was the tortilla chips that came with the salsa flight were very stale. They just need to keep those fresh and the place is perfection.

Had a really mediocre experience here. The service was a bit odd at times, sometimes overly attentive and other times absent or forgetful. The food was awful but seemed to be of good quality. The homemade chips are far too thick and hard. The salsas were all one-note, not spicy, and primarily acidic. The guacamole was over-seasoned. The baja fish tacos had a quality cut of fish, well cooked, but the fry was too thin and got soggy. The slaw in it tasted like nothing. The cauliflower tacos had an overwhelmingly spicy romesco sauce that was off balance with the seasoning. The lemonade was good.
