I usually have a good experience but today my sister ordered a lemonade and when she got it, it was clear and tastes like water with a DROP of lemon juice. I went up to the barista and asked if he could add more flavor because it didn’t taste like anything and he didn’t do anything. It was a waste of $5. Ill add a pic, do better :)

I order frequently from here through delivery. leaving this review bc now several times i ordered chai latte, but got only steamed milk with no chai. i had to go through the hassle then of getting a refund - when all i wanted was a chai latte to begin with. there is nothing more annoying than getting steamed milk instead.

Consistent Starbucks quality and experience. Things can get quite busy here and larger tables are limited, making it difficult to find a seat at times. The set up with the line starting in the back of the store can cause the line to double back which confuses people as people in line mix with people waiting for drinks. Overall a solid location with plenty of parking, though the many shops also compete for the same spaces.

Highly recommend trying the new Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado!

For the Longmeadow, Massachusetts location in an upscale town, today has been the most disappointing day with terrible customer service. WiFi was not the issue but it was not able to work anyway. The drink… I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and waited more than 15 minutes until I HAD TO APPROACH THE STAFF FOR MY DRINK. “Oh, we’re not able to make the Frappuccino.” Awful lack of communication!!! They could offer a mocha. I waited for over 5 minutes and the staff was just lazy — I was watching him carelessly forget the ice, the flavor and decided not putting enough milk in the container for the blender. AWFUL SERVICE. I JUST WALKED OUT. TOLD THEM TO FORGET THE DRINK!!! Sheesh ? where did they get these employees and what qualities did the management find in them that make them qualified?

Quality and consistency have gone way down hill. Drinks are not good and most of the time just taste like milk. The last sandwich I got was missing everything but egg, like cmon. The sandwiches are premade but you could tell just buy looking at it there wasn't anything in it aside from the egg. no one wants to keep having things fixed every order, I want to get my stuff and leave. Have definitely been going less often in the few months since their reno and unfortunately that likely won't be changing anytime soon...
