For the Longmeadow, Massachusetts location in an upscale town, today has been the most disappointing day with terrible customer service. WiFi was not the issue but it was not able to work anyway. The drink… I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and waited more than 15 minutes until I HAD TO APPROACH THE STAFF FOR MY DRINK. “Oh, we’re not able to make the Frappuccino.” Awful lack of communication!!! They could offer a mocha. I waited for over 5 minutes and the staff was just lazy — I was watching him carelessly forget the ice, the flavor and decided not putting enough milk in the container for the blender. AWFUL SERVICE. I JUST WALKED OUT. TOLD THEM TO FORGET THE DRINK!!! Sheesh ? where did they get these employees and what qualities did the management find in them that make them qualified?

I go to this Starbucks every day. Their entire staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure I always have a good experience. -Ash-

I come here all the time. The level of inconsistency is what's consistent. Never the same service or treatment. Usually fine, served by bored baristas who just want to leave. Today they messed up a simple regular coffee order 3 times. Cmon!

sitting here while my 11 year old has a treat and does her homework while employees let the F bomb fly all over and check their phones non stop. Used to like coming here - not any more

Quality and consistency have gone way down hill. Drinks are not good and most of the time just taste like milk. The last sandwich I got was missing everything but egg, like cmon. The sandwiches are premade but you could tell just buy looking at it there wasn't anything in it aside from the egg. no one wants to keep having things fixed every order, I want to get my stuff and leave. Have definitely been going less often in the few months since their reno and unfortunately that likely won't be changing anytime soon...

Great customer service, very polite & courteous.

I will usually drive out of town to avoid this Starbucks. Agreed with other reviews that it's dirty and staff is often rude. The remodel seems to have made the store worse. I'm assuming the store treats their employees badly because no one stays anymore. Too bad!

I agree with other posters… it’s more “clinical” - not cozy, not comfortable

Like the new decor - baristas are generally very very friendly and helpful. Some difficulties with processing orders some days.

They only fill your drink up half way for $6 … what’s up with that?

Five stars for the staff. Negative stars for the product, atmosphere, cleanliness, and "free (unsecure) WiFi" that requires signing up for Starbucks spam. If you gotta give information, they could at least give a secure WiFi connection. Cream tastes like and has the mouth feel of milk - a very watered down coffee experience. Some tables and restroom needed cleaned. Music was conversation prohibitively loud, even at a distance from the speakers.
