Very slow service. Food was cafeteria food bland despite being almost $70 for two basic adults and two kids meals with no drinks. Took almost 2 hrs to eat at a 99 Restaurant because our waitress was MIA over and over. Terrible.

Horrible service by the bar tender. I had to request a beer after waiting 10 min. I had to request food. Never asked how my food was, never asked if I wanted a second beer which I ordered - iI had to ask. Zero communication. Very strange since this bar tender was very good before. Call me Mr. GHOST!! 1/23/26 10:04 pm can wait to leave - won’t be back. Ask for my bill - tossed the bill on the table - didn’t say a word very bizarre. Definitely not coming back. I went to dinner with my dad and Sergielisse was the best she brought me to my table and I called myself a bigback then she said I’m a bigback to lol 😂 and she kept making me laugh.the food was hot the drinks was cold I loved it .she was very assertive very attentive and very friendly and polite you made my day and this was a great experience -Zee Lee

Visiting from Canada we popped in for dinner. Stepdaughter has a severe sesame allergy and they were super attentive to that. Service was fast and friendly, drink refills were at a lightning pace and the food was good. Would recommend.

The food gotta be the worst food I’ve ever had I’m not gonna lie order a burger the mash potatoes it just look like they just slap it on the plate straight from the microwave hard as a rock the burger not that juicy the fries is good I’ll give them that and the customer service is actually good everybody their need a raise but not the food it feel like straight up a microwave food not worth the money I’m not gonna lie waste my money for this
