Kyle is the Worst server ever. I ordered corn and he brought broccoli. No problem I asked for the corn and he said 4 times no you ordered broccoli. Then said I was combative the entire time..
I visited this location less than a week ago and the food and service while dining in were great. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my credit card behind. When I called, I spoke with Kiley, who confirmed they had it and that it would be kept safely in the office. A few days later, since I don’t live in the area, I made the trip back to pick it up—only to be told no one knew where it was.
The manager on duty was polite and quickly reached out to the manager from that night, who said the card should be in a grey box. Still, it couldn’t be located. I was given the GM Christopher’s information and told to follow up, but when I did, he also had no answers. He apologized, but by then it was extremely frustrating to have wasted the trip only to find the card missing.
I understand mistakes happen, but a clear protocol should be in place to ensure items like credit cards are stored and tracked securely. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

Server didn't bring drinks until after apps and I had to ask for them. Asked waiter if the fish was beer battered or breaded. Was told beer battered and it wasn't. Just not an overall good experience.

The waitress was friendly & very attentive. We tipped her well. ❤️ 😉 The chicken was over cooked & hard. (My kids said so, they didn't finish their chicken.) The 🥩 was over seasoned, & was over cooked.(I requested medium rare.) It was to hard to eat.

Worst piece of prime rib ever! It looked old and it was all fat! Their food is awful!
Tonight my friends and I went into this 99s right before the kitchen closed (sorry) however our server, Kyle, was amazing despite this. He was so fun and kind to us, making us laugh everytime he came over to our table. Honestly probably my favorite server I’ve ever had. Thanks Kyle! You are so awesome we will be back!

If i could give 10 stars, i would. Came here a lot growing up, and im incredibly happy to say that everything i loved is the same. In fact there's more to love than ever. Oh and a very happy pride to our server Kyle by the way, he was charming and lovely and seemed so on top of everything even with the dinner rush going on. We will definitely be going back.

I had the prime rib special... it was so good! Cooked perfectly and very tender. My granddaughter had tacos and she said they were very good. My son had turkey tips and ate every bite. I was very pleased.

Very disappointing. Salad wilted, tasted old. Pizza burnt & died, overcooked. Ordered broccoli soup, got seafood chowder. Seafood overcooked. Won't ever go back.
