Great services
We had an exceptional experience !! Best burger I’ve had in a long time - cooked perfectly medium as I ordered. The fries are perfectly crispy. The boneless wings were delicious - juicy white meat and crispy outside breading. Our waitress was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!
Sat at the bar for dinner - excellent friendly service However I ordered the “colossal lobster roll special $29.” and lemme tell ‘ya - I know my lobster rolls and this one was absolutely NOT colossal I did mention my dissatisfaction to the bartender & the manager — hmmm… perhaps someone is skimming the lobster meat to save a buck or $5 for themselves Will not be returning to this location ever again.
Server was great!!!! Food was to killfor!!!
Wait time was outrageous! One of our cups was completely disgusting. Food was decent but ridiculously overpriced. Do NOT come here
Food was great, atmosphere was fine for a sports bar, but our particular server was not very attentive. Would definitely go back again for a second chance.
Service was above and beyond. Food was as expected. Chopped sirloin was excellent and a great value.
The service was good, but the wings we ordered came burnt and I didn't like the taste very much
The Chicken Pot Pie was on the St. Patrick's Day specials menu & it was a great choice!
It was served piping hot, right out of the oven. It was loaded with melt-in-your-mouth white meat chicken, gravy, carrots & peas. The top crust was buttery & flaky, as advertised. A delicious, mashed Maine Russet potato was also included.
It was a perfect meal to celebrate St. Patrick's Day 2025! 🍀
Standard american style place, the ribeye stake was not very good, perfectly cooked but the cut was low quality and not well seasoned.
The desert and the soup were nice.

i ordered to go on st patricks day 2025. i ordered chicken parm and corned beef and no cabbage dinner. The cabbage was a spoon for of shredded cabbage and the dinner was the worst corned beef i have ever had. it cost me $20.99 and this is the second time i had a problem with my food and i will never go back there.
Great food never too busy.
Was seated right away and service was great.
99 Restaurant in Lowell, like most 99s, is a reliably good option to get a very good meal and tasty drink for a fair price, and in a clean environment. The menu has a very nice variety of your basics; steaks, seafood, sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc. The service here is friendly and prompt. Recommended.
My family and I enjoyed a fine dining experience on New years Day with top-notch service. The food was awesome, and so was our server. I would highly recommend eating at this establishment.
