The last few times we have been here I felt like I wasted my money. This location used to be great, but it's gone downhill fast.About a month ago we went just the husband and I to get a few drinks and some appetizers. I ordered a sangarita margarita, which I have had there before, I was given pink lemonade with tequila. I brought it up to my server and he looked very perplexed. I even showed him a picture on Google as to what I was supposed to receive and he just stared at me. So, knowing that I was going to have to pay for that drink anyways, I drank it. We weren't even there a half an hour and he came over and put our receipt in a to-go container and put it on the table. We weren't done eating, didn't ask for the check and there were a million tables open! No reason at all to rush us out of there! We are usually very generous tippers, not that time. Then my family went this past weekend. We walked in to an absolutely disgustingly dirty restaurant. There was stuff on the walls, food and trash on tables and all over the floor. Then they sat us next to a family that was playing loud Spanish music. Um, no. I don't want to hear anyone's personal music when I'm out at a restaurant, someone should have said something. My children's food and my food was very good, however my husband who ordered a steak as always and always requests and stresses that it's well done because he has a phobia with pink meat, received a literally still bleeding RED steak. He spoke up politely, they were wonderful, immediately took his plate replaced it with a new steak and didn't charge us for the plate. The problem is, the new steak was also undercooked! I don't know if the chefs are no longer using thermometers or what the deal is. It was the final thing for us. We won't be back for a while.

Ordered to take away. Salad included slimy, rotten cucumber and lettuce well past its freshness date. Carnitas mac and cheese was ok. Seafood trio was tasty underneath the thick, gummy breaded topping. Looking over other reviews I recommend eating in the restaurant- seems like they are passing off less-acceptable food to customers who aren't in the position to review or replace in person.

Took mom out to eat and it was a perfect time. They said 10/15 minutes for a table and was only about 5 minutes. Table was great for my mom who walks with a cane. Food was delicious and Shout out to our server Morgan, she was busy and still had time to answer our question and make suggestions without making us feel like we were keeping her . The only thing I would change is I would wear thicker socks it was FREEZING IN THERE! Had some leftovers I will eat in my warm home ?

Food is amazing but they 8 times out of 10, my order is wrong for To Go. Seriously need some new staff here.It is now 4 years later and they still continue messing up online orders. Tonight my order was sent back twice and waited over a hour.

Gone way downhill. Still the after work dumpster dive meetup place it has always been for all of those drinkers who don’t go home to their families after work. The old boys club so to speak. Meals were cold, steaks cooked incorrectly. The chicken tenders were chicken brick sticks brown and kids very unhappy. Popcorn I can’t make this up comes out of a red trash barrel located with yup the regular trash! Beers were being spilled at the bar. Full bottles on customers lap. People standing beside a a large young family just trying to eat a late meal. Noses blown by turning towards us instead of towards the bar they weren’t even sitting at but next to. Hugging over my son who was trying to eat. Disgusting and rude. No personal space given at all. Wife asked me not to complain for fear I would be attacked. Well I am on oxygen and the hose gives away my disability, so she had a point. My advice. Don’t go here. Maybe other 99 are different but this Lowell Location steer clear of.

Seems things are going downhill again. Got the ribs and 8 oz steak combo and while the ribs were good, the fries tasted as if they'd been under a warmer for 30 minutes and the steak came out well done despite being ordered medium rare. And when I say well done, we are talking inedible hockey puck. To add insult to injury, the waitress said "sometimes the kitchen staff get lazy when we aren't busy". What the hell?? However, she was very pleasant and did comp my portion of our meal so at least that was good.
