Every video they make demonstrates an almost complete lack of knowledge and skill. They literally cut the eye out of a ribeye and called a regular frozen burger patty a smash burger because someone touched the very thick patty with a spatula. Their videos are obviously rage bait and a desperate attempt at relevance and revenue generation likely due to the poor quality service they claim to provide.
There is possibly no better way to protect your physical and mental health than cutting down on meat consumption. Just step out of the twisted human mindset of a sick society full of minions persuaded by the callous animal farming into the belief that everything is edible.
