It's not always easy to find che (Vietnamese dessert/beverage/pudding) unless you know where to go. Bambu is a solid place to go for boba tea and dessert. I am a fan of the taro dessert! The macarons were also awesome.Since Bambu is located in a huge plaza, parking is not an issue.

I just went to Bambu and let me tell you this is like heaven in your mouth and it’s so good 10000/10 recommend, I got the Dragonfruit Basil seed fruit tea with strawberry jellies I think all of you should try it because it’s so good and delicious. The macaron was good too the one I got was the dark chocolate one so good 1000/10 recommend.?

Wow!! I got the tiger sugar oolong milk tea and it was AMAZING! Tasted soooo good!And their macaroons are unbelievably tasty! 11/10! Drove 20 minutes just for their tea and I don’t regret it

All the macarons were UNDERCOOKED and the cookie was RAW. The mixed berry literally tasted like Kraft mayonnaise, and the others tasted like cinnamon and chemicals. They look pretty but they do not taste good. Do not go here for macarons. Currently hunched over a bucket right now as I can feel them coming back up.

Overall, the che is delicious and highly recommended! The waffle was also spongy, chewy, and yummy. However, the smoothies, particularly the avocado smoothie, is not. The avocado smoothie tasted nothing like avocado and tasted off. Though the interior was great for taking quick pictures, it's not ideal to sit down to eat/drink. Overall, highly recommend the waffles or che, but definitely stay away from the smoothies.
