The pastelitos are trash, the meat is horrible.
Took a quick little stroll during lunch downtown lol I was in the area. Was walking downtown looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat and stroll by Banis restaurant and was able to grab some of their Spanish rice loaded up with some chicken sauce and couplebarbecue barbecue ribs. The ribs were a little dry, but very flavorful and the rice was on point! I definitely stop again for a quick cheap meal.

Rice was dry and grainy. they would show the price and added a 50% tip didn't show me the price took more than i paid for. they charged me a absurd price for some rice that has been sitting for 5 hours.
I'm not even gonna talk about the plantains the water is murky and white i feel like I'm a gordon ramsay 1 start restaurant show.
food safety inspectors need to look into this place
on top of that i felt sick after consuming the pork it was undercooked oily and dry the rice feels like I'm biting down on hard beads there is no flavor just salt.
Wouldn't recommend even if you were starving you should go to teados instead and get chicken it taste way better than that store. addons were 95 cents each and still i got charged 10 dollars wouldn't recommend bani restaurant

Amazing.
This plate had all the classics — los tres golpes came out sizzling, the onions had that perfect vinegar punch, and the fried cheese? Golden therapy. Salami was crispy just how abuela likes it, and the eggs pulled it all together like a morning anthem. That “Better Half” cola? Facts — it held me down. Bani Restaurant serves Dominican breakfast the way it’s supposed to be: humble, heavy, and healing 😮💨🇩🇴

Awful.. the rice taste so grainy and salty.. do not.. I repeat .. this is not recommended for a quick lunch
I was new at the place so I asked what to do. I got the food but it was bland and cold. I had ordered for a meat pie but was given chicken instead. I ordered again for a meat pie and was given something else. I don’t know what is in it. Would not recommend coming here

Amazing place to eat and food is delicious.
Makes me feel like I’m back home which I’m originally from . Desert is amazing and the customer service is great
If you're looking for great Hispanic food that tastes as if "abuela" cooked it, then this is the place. They also have passion fruit drinks and great desserts. The food is in front to pick, and the owners are nice. A taste of PR in Lowell, MA. Tell them Tony sent you, Franks friend. ???
