The food was really fresh and tasty. The quantity was more than enough for the 2 of us. We ate there, and took the rest of the food to home, that extra food lasted for 2 more days. If anybody is looking for a fusion cuisine between american and korean food, you should definitely check this place out.

Consistently good. Same exact quality as Allston or any other bbq chicken locations. Our go to orders are boneless soy garlic and secret spice. Ask for extra sauce if you like secret spice spicier. much much much better than the two bonchons we have in MA. If you are looking for authentic Korean chicken, this is it.

First time trying this over Bonchon.It's alright but, I don't think it's double fried chicken. 1-2 drumsticks was still pink and bloody. Not raw. Haven't had that experience with double fried chicken before. Homemade single fried, sometimes. Batter and wing/drum size is good. Flavor is pretty good. Fried dumplings are a great size and are delish even without sauce. I am willing to try agian. Actual 3.5
Ordered purely for the tteokbokki because I've always wanted to try it. I got the rose bokki because I figured it would be the mildest of the spice levels. It was perfect spice, enjoyable but not making me sweat. Really tasty sauce, not overly sweat. Would like to Try the other flavors but I wish there was a spice rating or choice to make something less spicy. I've tried the bulduk ramen and it'd delicious but even the milder flavors are a Lil too much for me

Parking can be tricky, but other then that it was a great experience. Food was fresh and good. Service was friendly and efficient. There were also a good amount of TVs which allowed us to enjoy a NFL playoff game while eating.

It takes a long time to bring the food and the people are not patient with the customers and they don't bring the food quickly they last too long they look at you badly and they don't have a thong people it's me and my friends gave their food to them but they forgot about it mine and me They had to wait too long, they give their food to others and what about me?
I've ordered Secret sauce(boneless) and Golden original wings and expected same quality and taste as the one in Allston. However, taste was not same even a lot worse than I expected.Their service is not bad but not good either, but looks like they are working hard, so I guess they do not have much experience yet.

I was born and raised in S.Korea. I love this place in Lowell. Ultimately, this is a fried chicken place. I can only speak to fried chickens. I had those at this place multiple times. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want genuine Korean style chicken wings and whole chickens, this is the place. They also seem to use fresh oil when frying chickens. bb.q Chicken is a successful national restaurant chain in S.Korea. You cannot go wrong with this place. Fried chickens are NOT supposed to be fast food. I like their "cooked to order" style. It is also the Korean way.
