Went to eat their Saturday April 5th 2025 between 3-4 pm everything was fine until I saw mice that’s a big No no for me told the server and he did nothing about it!!! I have video of the mice as well running around the restaurant 🤦♂️

Apparently this place can't count wings to put sauce on your own paid for order of wings. You can't order large 30 count wings and get 20 wings one flavor and 10 wings the other flavor. Apparently counting the 20/10 split of flavor was way too difficult to comprehend and/or let me guess the kitchen was way too busy to apply the sauce on precise wing count. It was not busy. There was no one here at the time. How can you try to force someone to enjoy their own paid for wings the way you want because you can't count the difference on how many wings to split to apply the sauce to. It's called a special request. It's not a policy. Simple math is what. Simply place what the consumer that is paying requests. It's not your food anymore if it's mine unless it's free! Will never be returning due to their inability to adapt to change and realization that it's just not your food anymore and don't try to force people to enjoy their own food your way. And of course the difficulty for the kitchen to count how many wings to apply sauce to. Just apply it the way it was requested! Simple.

I’ve been here before and have had mediocre experiences- not too bad not too good. Until today: I tried ordering online (order said it didn’t go through). They charged me anyways. When I tried calling I was put on hold and then immediately hung up on. I tried calling several times to correct this mistake but I was either hung up on or no one answered. I finally had to drive down to the restaurant only to be told that there was nothing they can do since they “don’t manage online orders.” How do you not manage orders for your own restaurant? I left my number for the manager and will update my review. Thank you for the read. Do better bonchon, this awful.

The food was terrible. It used fo be good. Not anymore. I got very sick last night after eating boneless wings I got from here take out order. They were tough to chew and tasted terrible. Over cooked or something. Will never come back.

This used to be delicious food. I have been here twice. Once in 2024 and the food was really good. Second time was today 3/13/25 and the boneless wings were terrible. They were all tough like they had been refried too many times or too long. Could not even get my fork into some of them. I live 90 minutes away one way so its not like I could easily return the order once I got home 90 minutes later and discovered they were over cooked and hard as a rock. 36 piece boneless wings is not cheap either. I will not be back. I mentioned to my sister who does live in the area and she said the last time she was there recently she had the same experience that the food was not as good as it used to be, the chicken was over cooked and very dry. It's sad that a place that was so good has suddenly gone down hill. This place is way too expensive to justify serving food this bad. All of it ended up in the trash. I'm not happy at all. I would not recommend this place at all.

This used to be my go to spot for wings over the years. The food is not what it used to be. The wings were bland and flavorless, rice was cold and the fries just straight up dry.
UPDATE 3/2025 Gave Bon Chon another chance and the wings did not disappoint. They were crispy and flavorful. Glad I came back.

Sadly I have to leave a bad review. I was disappointed after ordering a chicken sandwich combo, paid extra for seasoned fries. And just barely got any fries with my order. The review is not letting me attached a photo exactly how It looked after opening the container. So I attached it under the photos column. But also underneath a few long fries was all small tail end pieces of fries. Ver disappointed.

1 star for the bogus automatic gratuity, if you don't know. They charge a automatic 20% for 5 people and over. I asked if they can take it off and they said no. I asked because I wanted to leave a cash tip.
