I had the BEST iced coffee butter latte yesterday. Nice vibe, didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back.

They should rather name their establishment "RUDE" awakening for the kind of service they provide. You buy a large coffee for which you are told you get a refill. You go ask for a refill (rather in a TOGO cup) and when the Barista reaches out for a 12 Oz cup, the guy who runs the store whispers over to her and says, do the 8 Oz and I was like "Seriously??" and the guy goes, ah well.. the cup costs, blah blah... So..if you still wanna go for a coffee, be prepared to get penny pinched while they call themselves a premium coffee house and charges top dollars (2/3 more than the Starbucks..$4.67 to be precise) and get this kind of RUDE service..

Don't penny pinch please!!

Just ordered an Abraham. Really one small piece of lox. Barely cover one half of bagel. Minimum cream cheese. I have ordered this many times before today very bad

Last few times I have come the service has left something to be desired. Most recently I brought my parents from out of town and we ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks. Drinks came out, followed by our food 20 minutes later minus a sandwich. When I alerted staff to the missing sandwich they were dismissive and told us we had not ordered the 4th. After a few sighs I was asked to order and pay for the missing sandwich, fine. Waited another 10 minutes and received an incorrect item. Staff again responded to us pointing out their mistake by dismissing us and then firmly stating they gave us what we ordered - they did not. No offer of compensation or any action to make it right was offered and staff were heard complaining about us addressing their errors. Will not be coming back anytime soon

You mess up an order. You fix it. You don’t make the customer think it was their fault. You don’t pretend that the customer is the one that made a mistake.

Your staff wouldn’t last 5 minutes if they had a real manager.

Lovely coffeeshop in the middle of Lowell, with a lot of comfy seating both inside and outside.

Great coffees, especially liked the lavender vanilla latte. Their specialty lattes are not on the sweeter side so mention that to the barista if you wish to adjust it. They do have limited seating so can have difficulty seating during busy hours. Found the sandwiches to be decent.

I have been an avid customer of their sausage, egg and cheese on french toast for the longest time. But this is the last straw for me. I ordered two sandwiches today for my friend and I and they were burnt and tasted charred. Not sure who in their good conscience will make that and still package for consumption. I find it unfair. Couldn’t even eat or take a picture, had to dispose of it.

A go-to spot for me to hangout, read, and drink some coffee. Staff is always a good time and never have any issues. I appreciate their selection of items to dive into and the place's eclectic personality.

Such a great selection of drinks! Took the covered by strawberry smoothie (yum), orange shaken espresso, and pistachio latte..and all of them were good in their own ways. Decor could be improved, but nice experience overall.

Love it when the coffee truck is at Brox Farm on Sundays. The lattes are incredibly smooth and delicious and recently we stopped by the shop on Market Street and the food was fresh and great! My only regret is we didn't find it sooner.

Cute eclectic place. Don’t ignore the teas and drinks on the menu to your right. Got a great latte and they were so friendly. Had a blueberry square that hit the spot. Flaky and full of blue berries. Not too sweet.
