It seemed a bit understaffed or maybe the staff was just overworked. I may have just arrived at an extremely busy time. The wait wasn't awful and I could see the staff multitasking, handling drive thru, walk ins and filling online orders. Everyone seemed to be working full out so I have to reason to gripe about the time it took to get my order. Anyway, the food lived up to expectations so any perceived wait was soon forgotten. I'll remain a steady customer.

Edit... just went there today because I have a $5 gift card from work. And they wouldn't accept it. That's okay. When I got home the sandwich was cold. The bun the burger the cheese was cold. AND again no napkins. I guess this location doesn't give napkins..,....... 30 seconds in the microwave. I added mayonnaise to it. And a couple other things. It was just lacking in everything. Sorry but this is a true review. Try to do better. thank you . .......The girl at the drive-thru needs to learn to say good morning and greet you when you get to the window. She also needs to take your payment. She just sat there and stared out the window at me. Then she brought my food and just handed it to me , took my payment, gave me my receipt and shut the window and never said thank you. There was no napkins in the bag. And then some crazy guy comes driving up the wrong way in the Drive-Thru and squeezes by my car gets out and starts pounding on the window. Then he gets back in his car and drives away. None of the employees did anything. I just drove off. Weird. Put the food was fantastic.

I’m never coming back to this place ever again, the lady at the counter is so rude and all the time she gave me the wrong food and a bad attitude they lose a Burger King lover anyways there’s like more Burger Kings that I can go to. If I can give this Burger King a 0 star I would only because of the lady at the counter

The soda fountain at dine in has been out of Coke Zero for almost 3 months now

That feeling when you put in an online order, go pick it up, drive home, and open up your bag only to find out that a few of your orders are missing. My fault for not double checking while I was there.
every time I order here they always 1.forgot something in the order or 2.never get the order right I mean it's ridiculous I go here almost all the time and they still never improve it's almost like what you say go through one ear out the other also when I've been dining in I've seen other people come back to get something they forgot or got wrong this is ridiculous to me that's I'm not the only one I mean cmon guys

Who ever works at the window is absolutely terrible. She does not understand what you try and order and gets it wrong every time and is rude if have to repeat your self.
