Ordered 2 meals, one burger,2 drinks side onion only 2 fries. Order came, 2 fries 1 onion ring. Burgers and 2 cups. We'll 1 fries short. I'm short , don't like getting shorted. Well workers, raised voice, talked with attitude, and she being in her 60s, was dumbfounded. Asked young man to speak to Mgr. I'm the Mgr. Was arguing over a 1$ fries. I'm nothing, but I had to say the serenity prayer, if not, situation would have been real bad, on top of it, talking to other workers in Español, she speaks fluently. It doesn't matter, customers are always right, especially after dropping 40$$$$$ for 3 meals. Need to train manager to talk to public, or someone will, teach that disrespect to any woman is not good..
Wheelchair accessibility: Should have known when the parking lot was empty, wish I was drinking, would have turned out better, for all customers
0/5 stars!!! I ordered online and still didn't receive the correct order! This Burger King is terrible. The burger I did receive was a mess, and the fries were more salt than anything. Apparently no one there can read! Avoid BK on Bridge St.!

Employee would not serve me a burger without buns (gluten allergy) because she “didn’t have the plastic box” asked for her to just put it in a paper box like a regular burger and she had no idea what I was talking about. there is no way to leave the drive through either if people are in front of you or behind you so I had to just order a drink and sit there. Terrible customer service.

We ordered Whoppers specifically because they are one of the few sandwiches with no cheese standard. The people preparing the food still couldn’t get this right. Trying to call the store for assistance was no help as the listed phone number would not connect and the corporate customer service line directs you to the website and an automated chat. Poor service and poor communication.

I should have known when I watched the girl who bagged my food put my onion rings in the microwave. I was hungry so I ate it anyway…spent the next day regretting my decision. Don’t eat here, just don’t do it.
Good but a bit slow, maybe they are short handed? We did drive through and it was slower than usual.

Terribly understaffed, waited 10 min at drive thru. The one guy working both country and drive thru was doing his best. Owner couldn't hire one more person to work during lunch time?

I was here a few years ago and back then the food was terrible, enough that I said would never come back here. Lately though, IDK if new management or something but the food is good now. Service is slow though. Sometimes it would take 10-15 minutes and it isn’t busy maybe one car ahead. I like eating inside the restaurant though.If Burger King is to remain alive and compete with other burger chains they need to improve on speed of service while maintaining their quality.Price is super affordable compared to McDonald’s now a days.

Always wait at least 20 minutes to get food and it's cold. Woman taking drive thru orders can't speak English and always messes up our order. This will be the LAST time I go there
