It seemed a bit understaffed or maybe the staff was just overworked. I may have just arrived at an extremely busy time. The wait wasn't awful and I could see the staff multitasking, handling drive thru, walk ins and filling online orders. Everyone seemed to be working full out so I have to reason to gripe about the time it took to get my order. Anyway, the food lived up to expectations so any perceived wait was soon forgotten. I'll remain a steady customer.
Edit... just went there today because I have a $5 gift card from work. And they wouldn't accept it. That's okay. When I got home the sandwich was cold. The bun the burger the cheese was cold. AND again no napkins. I guess this location doesn't give napkins..,....... 30 seconds in the microwave. I added mayonnaise to it. And a couple other things. It was just lacking in everything. Ordered 2 meals, one burger,2 drinks side onion only 2 fries. Order came, 2 fries 1 onion ring. Burgers and 2 cups. We'll 1 fries short. I'm short , don't like getting shorted. Well workers, raised voice, talked with attitude, and she being in her 60s, was dumbfounded. Asked young man to speak to Mgr. I'm the Mgr. Was arguing over a 1$ fries.
