I mean really… 30 minutes in a line waiting for a mobile order with only 4 cars ahead of me. Whoever is “managing” this location should just turn it in. And it’s a wonder why people go to McDonald’s etc

Always bad in drive through. Take too long and looks they do not care about it .
I eat at this Burger King regularly and have never had a problem. The food is always fresh, service is fast, and the staff are friendly. Franchellies in particular is amazing-always polite, professional, and makes every visit a great experience. This location is lucky to have her and her staff.
I ordered cinnamon rolls amongst other items. When I opened them there was no icing. The lady at the checkout counter said they didn’t have icing. Another employee asked me “did you order icing?” Like it was sold separately. I’m pregnant. They were rude and not accommodating and there was what looked like an addict helping them bag up customers food. He’s ALWAYS there.

This place sucks especially the workers inside there are not doing anything besides being in the back doing idk what put don’t do door dash or any type of deliveries they are really slow I feel bad for the this owner having people like this work for him

It's been 4 months that I moved to Massachusetts and this BK is by far the best one I've been in the State. Great service, staff very polite and cordial, and the food was great!!! I'll definitely come back here again

They used to be good but not anymore now the people they hire are rude and snappy and also almost every time I have an order to deliver from Uber or doordash i almost always hear them tell me that someone stole the order and that's why the restaurants are supposed to confirm the name and order so things like this don't happen it takes money out of people like my pocket it's sad

Amazing fast food experience! Everything was fresh, well-cooked, and quick — exactly how it should be. The fries were perfectly crispy and hot, nothing like what you get at most other places.
I want to remind everyone: when you get good service, leave a review and recognize the staff who make it happen.
Big thanks to the night crew for the great food and service. You all deserve the credit!

Whomever decided to hire these people is on a mission to tear this place down. 15 minutes and not one car moved an inch. The same people at the front already got their food and just talking to their friend working there. No wonder there has been an overwhelming 1 star. The dirty parking lot look like a third world war zone.

Worst place ever! No wonder the lines are always crazy long. It is because you have to wait 1 hrs to order then wait another hour to get your food. Even when you pre-order you so got to edit that full hour. Stay far far away!!

Rude, scrappy customer service, waited to be acknowledged and to order, no one looked at me, or said they would be with me shortly, walked out. Never seen such rudeness. Maybe I am the wrong color skin. Never coming back ever.
