First off I sat in line for a half hour, waited 15mins to order , I get to the window I had to repeat my order back I then get my food my mozzarella sticks order of two one is missing , the fries for a meal I paid not in the bag . Like the food ain’t fresh it’s been stuck back in a fryer, i don’t know what’s going on with this bk but it’s a miss or hit EVERYTIME like at this point they should just shut it down why pay workers to be lazy and not want to make fresh food legit just pissed me off and not worth what I freaking paid.

Zero stars! It's unfortunate and it's probably not this way all the time...might depend on who's on shift that day. Went there for lunch on Wednesday afternoon and went inside. We waited in line at the register for 20 minutes without any type of service. The employees just looked toward us and continued to ignore the line upfront waiting to order. Corporate needs to go there and unannounced and fix this once good location.

They claim open 24 hours bug place was closed at 2:30 am. I went there and people were just rude said they were closed and I asked aren’t you open 24 hour no answer just left. Ridiculous management ?
Worst BK service out there, trust me. I ordered drive-thru, only 2 whopper jrs. I was front in line, waiting at the drive-thru window. Took them 20 minutes to bring it out after reminding them twice what I ordered. People behind me were honking. Horrible! Fire them all. All I hear is loud Spanish music coming from the inside. They’re not even realizing how slow they work!!!

First time coming to this Burger King and the service was fantastic! Me and my friends got our food in less than 5 minutes. Our food was good and hot. Fries were freshly hot and the place is clean. I'll definitely come again if I'm in the area!
