Oh my! We asked our front desk clerk at our hotel , Sonesta Select, for a good place to eat. Before I could finish the sentence she told me Cameo Diner. Holy Smokes! I am so very glad I asked! Wonderful food, excellent service, fair prices, quintessential Boston. It’s really is like Cheers! Everyone knew everyone and made you feel like they knew you, as well! If you are in Lowell, do yourself a favor and eat here! We had breakfast and like I said absolutely amazing place to eat.

Today was my first time here with my daughter. We were craving breakfast and this place is pretty close to us. The service was good. Family owned and they were friendly. Our food was done pretty quick so that was good because we were hungry. The price is decent for the good size portion they give. The food was yummy. I definitely will be back to try one of their omelets.

It's your typical greesy spoon. Breakfast was ok and atmosphere was Less than desirable
The whiteboard rants in the window of this diner make me think someone has an anger management problem. Maybe should get that looked into. Also makes me not want to walk through the door for fear of being blasted by a rant of the day. I've heard the food here is quite good, just not sure how the whiteboard rants would fare as a side dish next to the eggs and bacon.
