For sale things aren't the same
Great DJ
Even though i have migrains on the right side of my head from a car accident, I watched my friends have a blast
Services was good. I went here with my friend. We spend great time.
Fun place to hang out with firends and dance to hits old and new...live DJ Friday and Saturday nights .
It is after many years up for sale. Let’s hope the tradition continues! A Lowell institution with pool table. Long counter bar. Lots of scattered seating. Big premises with a stage. Used for the opening of the annual Lowell Celebrates Kerouac Festival 2019 featuring David Amram (see photo).
Went on a Monday at 6pm, besides the group I was with, there was one other customer. Draft selection was decent and (obviously) the service was great.
Good for dancing and billiards age group is 21 to 101 you won't see that many places
This bar has been around and has made a good name for itself with the older and younger generation with its historical atmosphere whether you like to play pool or karaoke, The DJ will get you up and dancing.💯ðŸ‘fun.
waiting for this place to shutdown or change management. place looks and feels very run down. Plenty of our options within walking distance.

Great atmosphere great drinks
It wasn't the same.. drinks got a little expensive
Cappys copper kettle is the bar I hope to be at when im 54. I enjoy their cheap beers pool tables with competitive and enjoyable patrons. And a dance floor that makes my feet spark like fire. Every time i find myself here i usually will enjoy one of the local papers and a 2.75 PBR i hope this bar stays a local staple of lowell for a long time as it has deserved more recognition then it has. To also add the dancing nights are quite magical bring your partner join hands and dance to good music from a prime dj 5 out of 5 forks from the beast. Dance on stay young ill keep boiling this kettle
Love this place. Only place in Lowell to get a table and a drink at a decent price. I am 32 and have been a regular patron for 19 years. It's a bit of a dive, but it's my favorite place in the area to hang out with a group.
Great place to go to have a chill night out. Watch out for the female owner. She can be a bit testy at times, but it doesn't bother me.
